What a lovely gift shop! I've been shopping there a few times. The ladies who staff the shop are delightful - so helpful and friendly!The variety of items is great ! You can truly find something for everyone! And, I always get wonderful comments from friends and family who are on the receiving end of the gifts I buy from Piper Lillies! This is a wonderful neighborhood treasure!

This is a beautiful fun shop with very friendly, knowledgeable staff working here. I love the fact that they have many thing made locally to choose from and a wide selection.

The store itself is fine, if cluttered. However when trying to check out, the woman working at the cash register cornered us with insane conspiracy theory nonsense. She literally was ranting to us about how - “liberals are stealing babies and eating them in tunnels under the US to worship satan”, and that we needed to watch Fox News so we could know the truth. She would not check us out and just kept going with craziness, and trying to force us to give our names and email addresses.Absolutely the most unprofessional and uncomfortable interaction we’ve had in years. This woman needs to get some help and a grip on reality, and not harass customers with angry nonsense. Where is the owner?

Great gift shop! Great selection. I've bought a handful of really nice things here over the years. However, when it comes to checking out.... ugh! The blonde "chatty cathy" behind the counter takes FOREVER to check out. Full blown conversations with customers, slowly punches things in, rechecks everything. Her co-worked next to her, God bless her was trying to move it along to get the line down... But every time I've gone in there to get something she ends up taking a good 10 to 12 minutes to check out the person in front of me. It's happened to me a couple of times now. And that's enough to not want to go back. But I will say, it is a great shop and we don't have too many cute independent gift stores in JC

They do not stand behind products they sell. I purchased a mud pie vase with a metal top and holes for flowers. Upon using for less than an hour, I heard cracking and the bottom randomly broke off as it was sitting on my kitchen table. I contacted the owner, Julia, who said she would look into refunding me with the vendor. I followed up twice but she was “waiting to hear back” and ghosted me. If you carry the product in your store, it’s up to you to do what right by the customer. Glad I wasted $25 for an hours worth of enjoyment.

Cute little gift shop that offers custom jewelry from local designers, monogram items, baby gifts, candles, housewares and much more! The prices are reasonable and it's a great option if you need a nice gift for someone special.

I don’t often write reviews but felt it was necessary given the outstanding customer service I received. I try to buy from small businesses as often as possible but often feel like just another sale, especially when ordering online. Not the case with Piper Lillies!!I placed an order and realized after the fact that I had inadvertently deleted an item I wanted and left another item of the same price that I thought I deleted. I reached out via email to see if it would be possible to fix my mistake in order to avoid return shipping. I received a call and am email from Piper Lillies following up to resolve the error. The item I wanted was not in stock so a lady from the warehouse contacted me to let me know and discuss if I wanted a refund or if they could help me find another item of the same value. We communicated back and forth over a couple of days until they were able to provide me with an item I would be happy with. This has happened before with other businesses and often they refund that amount and you don’t even realize it until the shipment arrives without that item.I was so impressed that they took the time to reach out and continued to work with me until a resolution was reached. I will definitely shop with Piper Lillies again!!

Lots to see here! It would take a while to see everything in this store. They carry Scout bags in many colors and sizes, jewelry, gift, home decorating items, clothing, and much more. This was my first visit, but I will be back.

This is a beautiful little gem of a boutique. Lots of different home decor and women’s fashions. The prices are very reasonable and they have some really good sales. Quality merchandise at this boutique, I highly suggest it.

It's so hard to find a good gift shop these days and so, I am thrilled to have found this little Johns Creek gem! They have a variety of gifts, serving pieces, jewelry, accessories. children's books, baby gifts and some very cute clothes!
