Went during a quiet period and was able to speak to the staff who pointed me in the right direction to what I wanted. very clean like the other Palm Beach Tan places I’ve been years ago. This was my first time in 3.5 years and felt that the other one I went to gave me more directions and information on using the tanning beds. I went for the full 10 minutes which was a mistake cause I was a bit burnt afterwards so definitely would’ve loved a heads up ?

This place will steal your money. I paid for 3 tans and they only gave me 2, I confirmed thw last time I was here that I had one left. They said no, there is nothing you can do!they offered a new 3 pack for $75, then after I said I would purchase that they said it went back to $90.... really, in 2 mins?? Why was the special offered and not honored. After having this service here for years, I will find a new tan salon. These guys are crooks!!

Came in and the manager was working the front desk, she tried to up sell me on EVERYTHING for absolutely no reason, put me in the bed for too long and when I spoke to someone about being burned from going there, I was advised by a former MANAGER that she had me in the bed for way too long and the price I paid for everything was extreme. she was worrying about commission, and not my experience. won't be returning to this location.

So far my experience has been less than pleasant. For some reason or another on May 24th when I went into join their systems were acting up so they couldn't get me in the system however they did take my $74.95. I have since asked them if they corrected the problem and they've said no that I need to bring in proof that it went through so I brought proof that it went through not only once but twice. I only authorized it to go through once. I called again today almost a week and a half later and was told they were waiting to hear back from the district manager. I've been in customer service for 30 years recently retired and I don't know anybody that runs a business like this. Would be nice if this could be cleared up and I can actually walk in and go tan and it be even better if I could get my extra 7495 backService: Tanning

Went yesterday oct14 and the manager served me she was super nice so easy to talk to. I am a OCD person and let me tell u this salon is spotless she was cleaning as I was there. Tried the new machine was amazing. Although I love all the salons I did want to acknowledge how clean and great service this place is. Thank you ?

Quick to take your money but conditions to deliver. As someone who never tanned before, I soaked up all the advice and then some on my first visit. I told the worker how much time I had before my event and was honest that this likely wasn't going to be a regular thing for me. I ended up buying the largest package with all the upsells and spent well over $300 from my memory based on their recommendations. Halfway through my package, I had friends tell me to take a break as my skin was starting to look fake. I had a few sessions after that. At that point, I reached out to see what I could do with the rest of my package because I likely was done based on the advice of others. I had no options, not even transferring the rest of my sessions to a friend. I was disappointment but I accepted that answer as it made sense. Earlier this year, I had an event coming up and realized this was the perfect opportunity to finish out my package. Total shock when I go in and they tell me it's expired since it's been over a year. No credits or anything offered. What kind of business works that way where you can give them hundreds of dollars and make conditions on when you can use them. I expected store credit at the very least. Bad business practice. I was completely honest in my plans and how much time I had before my event, followed all your advice and recommendations then can't use my sessions. I may have only been a customer for a few sessions a year, so my $300 doesn't matter to you, but it matters a lot to me. Had I had a reason to use them earlier, I would have. Never once between initial purchase or phone calls was it mentioned that it would expire.
