I have been waiting to write a review in hopes the company would make things right.The LVP flooring started buckling up and they came and attempted to fix it. Claiming maybe the sun coming through the back door was causing the buckled floors. Took a piece of the flooring and was going to check with the distributor and see if there was something with the flooring. Sense that visit no return phone calls, updates or any explanation. Please don't use a company that doesn't stand behind installation or work.

We had a wonderful flooring experience with Rodney and Junior. Our floors had been destroyed in places by our beloved wheaten terrier. Rodney and Junior came in and our floors are beautiful today. We had engineered flooring and needed a good 2 sections of replacement. Flawless transition from old to new. Rodney gave us a very fair price and adjusted the bill accordingly after the job was completed. Junior and his crew were masters at their craft. The floors are smooth, evenly stained and final coat no bubbles or debris left. Our furniture was moved without any damage. Dust was kept at a minimum and the job was completed as promised on time. My only note would be that the toe moulding was acceptably done for me. Some of the 45 degree angles and piecing was interesting to me. For you, it may be great. We would highly recommend.

I am so happy with Stu's service on my flooring projects. Can't be more satisfied. He is extremely patient, helpful, and professional! I originally only planned to change the floor/carpet for my first floor, but I was so happy with the new look after first floor was done, and I decided to work with Stu again to put hardwood floor on the second floor. Again, it turned out to be great!I was surprised that although stock is very low everywhere include Lowes and HD, Stu has enough wood floors for me to finish my projects.Can't be happier with my choice to work with Stu on my flooring projects. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment. Thanks again Stu!BTW: Stu has a great sense of humor! You will enjoy talking with him! :-)

P & Q did a great job putting in LVP for us.Stuart was helpful and professional in helping us make our selection. The install crew was prompt, did a great job with a difficult demo,install was flawless and the clean up was awesome. I am so thrilled with my floors and the process. Thank you P & Q!

The team did an amazing job! They worked really well timing wise with our other contractor and took special care to ensure our choices and special requests were taken care of!! We had a particularly old, uneven and difficult demo and rebuild - and all I can say is wow, I am so impressed with how well it came out! They will definitely get future flooring work from us and happy, satisfied references!

Great job, P&Q! Stu (Team Leader) spent a lot of time with me picking out flooring and answering all my questions. He was very patient and flexible, assuring me that I had chosen the right company. Stu also came to my house to take measurements and to check up on the install team. Seve and his team installed my floors quickly and efficiently. He walked through the house, asking me questions about the job. Seve was extremely professional. The install team was focused and finished in a short couple of days. Although I did not meet George (Operations Manager) in person, we exchanged emails about billing and he was also very professional and responsive. I highly recommend P&Q Flooring!

Absolutely the best home improvement experience that I've ever had! The team showed up on time, worked all day, everyday! cleaned up daily before leaving and even dusted my furniture when project was completed!! Any concern that I had was addressed on the spot and the total expenditure came out less than the quote! If you need flooring, Stu and his team are hands down The BEST!!

We had a terrific experience with P&Q Flooring from start to finish! We were looking to re-carpet 5 bedrooms including walk in closets, a big hallway and a play room. It was a pretty big job. Stuart was easy to work with, quick to reply with answers to all of my questions and so knowledgeable about all of the different carpets available. Then, the crew who actually installed was a considerate, very conscientious, hard working team. We had recently had our hard wood floors refinished in all of our main rooms, so I was worried they might be scuffed in some way while they were taking out all of the old carpet or installing the new, but they were extremely careful and the carpet looks terrific! I highly recommend P&Q Flooring!!
