Andrea was the first person I spoke to with the North Atlanta family dentistry, she was so warm, friendly and set up my appointment.Victoria was so sweet today and talked me through all that needed to be done to my teeth and was very gentle, while cleaning my teeth. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and not so nervous.Dr Dani took time to meet me and advise me on what she thought needed to be done first.What a great team, thank you ladies.

Doctor Dani was fantastic and her staff also! My filling was a bit delayed but she answered all my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I was good to go when I left. I drive all the way from McDonough to see Dr. Dani and her team and will keep coming back! Definitely recommend coming here for treatment.

Great experience! The front desk Ladies Tina and Elena are so helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. A real pleasure to talk to. Lora, my Hygienist is gentle, empathetic and experienced. Dr. Bodea is very thorough, gentle, caring and imbues confidence. I look forward to going back.

I’ve been going to North Atlanta Family Dentistry for 16 years and every time I go, it’s an experience in customer service excellence! Before you even arrive, they send you appointment reminders and as your appointment time arrives, you receive a digital notification. Once you enter the office, you’re greeted with beautiful smiles and warm hellos by Andrea, Tina, and Elena! Victoria and Chao are phenomenal hygienists, explaining everything that they are doing, including how to maintain proper tooth health in between visits. Dr. Bodeya and Dr. Dani are both very professional and personable. The office is multilingual, which is also a huge value-add. In addition to that, they always make sure to pronounce my name correctly, which I always appreciate. They are a welcoming, professional and inclusive office. I give North Atlanta Family Dentistry my highest recommendation and look forward to many more years with them. Thanks for all that you do to keep me and my family smiling!

Incredibly meticulous. I expected to go for half an hour, but between the pictures of my teeth, live video of every tooth prior to cleaning, careful explanation of the procedures and a clear cost breakdown, I was there for good two hours (I'm a new client). The doctor took her time to demonstrate and discuss all the issues. Everyone was very kind, pleasant and welcoming. Didn't feel much pressure to buy services I didn't need (whitening, nightguard etc). Received a referral to a specialist and a clear directions on how to use it and avoid surprise fees.Very happy with my experience and will definitely come back.Special thanks to attentive, meticulous and accommodating Victoria.

Do not trust!!As a tenured patient with this dental office, I was deceived upon them performing treatments verified by dental office pre-procedure that they would not be covered by my insurance. They suggested the treatment as a service covered by my insurance plan. They charged me my co pay and months later I received a call informing me I had a full outstanding balance due to my insurance did not cover the services performed. I did not receive a written balance statement via mail or email prior to call. They stated I would be sent to collections if left unpaid. I personally went to the office to address the issue. I requested the breakdown of my charges and dental history verification in my chart. My history stated the services performed were not covered by my plan at the time. They performed the services anyway. Upon this discovery, they waived my charges. I then was given a release form of my x-rays etc. for me to relocate to another dental office.My husband also had the same procedure that was covered and paid by his insurance. They sent his balance to collections too and did not apply the insurance payment to his balance. I provided proof of the insurance payment, and they cleared his balance as well. They are knowingly committing fraud with the insurance companies and patients. Their customer service was rude, unapologetic and they made no effort in researching their own faults. Very unprofessional and disorganized office personnel including owners.

One Star is too much for what they deserve. Before you get any treatment you get a summary of what you have to get done, and you make a decision based on your budget and priorities. This people gave me a list of things to do. My wife and I started the treatment, based on what our copays were, with the surprise that later on we got charged hundreds of dollars more than what they originally they quoted us. They never pre authorize anything, they just guesstimate and then, didn’t wait not even 1 month to send it to collections without clarification. My wife contacted the office and spoke with Andrea and Elena and both were super arrogant, disrespectful, and in a bad mood, so my wife decided to go to the office to clarify the situation since my wife has the evidence that the insurance has paid everything that they were claim they didn’t pay. They kept the same attitude when she showed up, fix a few of the mistakes they made, then the ones that they didn’t want to fix, they brought the balance to $0 after my wife paid some balance that should never got charged and they kicked her out of the office, and told her that they didn’t want her, neither anyone else from our family in there no more. My wife paid to leave our names clear, but these people are thieves, I hope they close their business. That is not the way to treat a customer by no means.

What’s there not to like about North Atlanta Family Dentistry? Pleasant and cheerful staff. Efficient paperwork handing for your insurance coverage. Capable dental professionals who present their patients with facts and provide options. My family has been going to this outstanding practice for over 20 years and never have had the need to look at other dental clinics.

I have been going to North Atlanta Family Dentistry for twenty years and it's really agreat place. They provide quality service, amazing customer service and fantastic results. Everyone from the dentist, to the staff (Andrea) is friendly, and my hygenist, Victoria B, does such a great job.I highly recommend North Atlanta Family Dentistry if you're looking for a dentist in the John's Creek/Duluth area.

North Atlanta Family Dentistry is the place to go for all your dental needs! I have been a loyal client for going on almost 10 years now and have never thought twice. It is an all female office which I absolutely LOVE. Everyone is so kind and helpful - and gentle I might add. Dr. Danny is the best and is even certified for TMJ Botox. It has been the most helpful pain relieving experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this office to my closest family and friends and everyone else!

Not sure how many people can say it's a pleasure to visit the dentist. It is always a pleasure to see these ladies in this relaxing environment. I needed a filling and I was in and out so fast my husband asked if my appointment was cancelled. Pain free!
