Very expensive. Diagnostic alone is high priced in comparison and does not go to the work. We brought our Toyota in for engine misfire. After $1200 we were told that the issue was fixed with gaskets and spark plugs, but might occur only at fast acceleration due to a fuel pump that Toyota was supposed to be replacing. Upon driving off the lot, the misfire issue was just as bad as when we brought it in. If the fuel pump was the actual issue, it seems like the right thing to do would have been to say that. Maybe the plugs and gaskets needed replacing, but please don't tell me it's working fine now "except for" and then have me leave after a $1200 bill with what appears to be nothing to show for it. I won't go back. Better old with the dealership.

LexTechs Decatur provide quality and reliable service. They usually are able to quickly diagnose and address the issue. I've gotten premium service, without paying the dealership price. The only thing I don't like is the limited parking when leaving your vehicle and they only provide shuttle services within 5 miles.

My husband took my Lexus up to the Decatur location and was told he'd need an appointment to bring it back for an evaluation. He was told it would be $180.00, but if we had the work done, that would go towards the price. Our appointment was today so I followed my husband there to drop it off. My husband told them there were two issues we were concerned about. They issued him a work order to sign and the amount was $360.00, twice what he'd been quoted a week before. When my husband questioned it, he was told that there were two issues so there would be two evaluation charges.My husband then said that there was an issue with one of my back windows, so would that too be an additional $180.00? He was told that it would be. So, just to have three issues evaluated on my car, it would've been $540.00.That seemed totally ridiculous to us so we declined leaving my car. I've been driving 50+ years and have never encountered a car repair shop that operated like this. And after reading some of the reviews, I think we dodged a bullet!I will never recommend this place & if someone asks me about it, I will let them know how we were treated.

This is a review of Dustin, Elijah, the person sitting next to Dustin (sorry I didn't catch your name). I went in for an oil change on my beat up '08 ES350 I bought from a used car dealer in NJ in Aug of '22. I live in Manhattan. I bought the car based on its relatively low mileage for its age. I knew there would be potentially expensive repairs but nothing prepared me for a $24k estimate given to me by Lexus of Manhattan. All I could do was laugh. It's now 9 months later and I took a chance on the car by taking a business road trip to FL and GA. When I got to Decatur, I needed an oil change. Enter Yelp - which led me to LexTech. I made the appointment. Dustin's partner (sorry I didn't catch your name) sitting next to him at the front desk took my appointment the next day in the afternoon. When I got there, I took a chance to ask him to look over the car and do a 120k service. The car runs surprisingly good but the $24k repair estimate from Manhattan Lexus haunted my brain. Surely enough, Dustin sent me an estimate demonstrating in great detail of all the things he recommended to repair. New speedometer, O ring, Rack, spare key among many other things. Dustin sent pictures with his estimate for repairs. Total damage: $3600. Sure, it was more than an oil change, but I really needed the peace of mind to address everything especially so that my wife can get to work without me worrying. But it was much less than $24k. Considering the abuse I get from the service sales reps in NYC, my experience with LexTech not to mention their free loaner car process, Eli the loaner guy, Dustin the super cool rep and everyone else I met there, I can only wish that they had a branch in NYC. They'd make a killing without even trying. The whole repair was done in one day. Last time I had work done to the car in Manhattan, I got the car back with a messed up and dented rear bumper. So my expectations were very low going into LexTech. I left feeling that there is still hope in humanity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. +++

Waste of time….They act like they are slammed while taking the appointments.. Theres hardly anyone working. Will make you wait for hrs just for a regular inspection.. might aswell look for some place more efficient.

They also work - brilliantly - on non-Lexus or luxury cars. Have taken my Toyota in more than once. And will continue to do so. VERY knowledgeable. Professional. Trustworthy. Clean. Communicate clearly (particularly to someone who understands nothing about cars). And very sweet personnel too. I highly recommend them!!

I am a first time client of LTOA and can't not be happier about the customer experience. Maya who is the first person you will engage with is what I call a Customer Experience Ambassador. She is professional, and is the welcoming smile of the establishment. First impressions are lasting and this was a great first impression. When I called to book an appointment, she informed me to come for a same day appointment. Say Less! I was impressed with her knowledge to explain the repairs to the clients as I was waiting for my car. Maya was very patient, attentive and sent timely communications of the repair status. What makes this a 5 star experience is not only Maya professionalism at the beginning but the technology to show pictures and a rating of what needs to be repaired. This allows the car owner to make informed decisions and discuss with the technician options without feeling pressured by up selling. My car was inspected and repaired by Angus. LTOA also offer a loaner or transportation to and from your home. Both Ben and Joe helped me get home and back to pick up my car. Both very nice gentleman who are worth honorable mention. Most dealers offer this perk but it's nice from a smaller company. I shared my experience with other Lexus owners that we have a new partner to help maintain our vehicles. They also have a app that you should download before you go for a quick first time savings. Thank you LTOA team and Maya for a great customer experience. To anyone that reads this review. My car engine light is on, could not get emission check. They except me for diagnose the next day with good service and very professional, Dustin breeder was very helpful explanting my fix every step, and they were willing to offer to get my emission check too. Very happy with their service and worth money spend for repair.

I needed a headlight replaced and recently moved back to Atlanta. I normally go to the Lexus dealer because I know the parts and service will be warranted. I Googled "Lexus service near me" and LexTech of Atlanta came up as a top search. I went to their website and read reviews, all good. I called to make appt the Friday before long Memorial Day weekend, thinking they probably couldn't get me in, but worth a try. To my delight, they were able to get me in same day and I was able to get headlight replaced at a very reasonable price, based on my research of what the dealer would charge me. Maya was delightful and the tech who replaced the light checked all of my other lights to make sure I was good to go. LexTech will now be my go to for my Lexus service and repair.
