Took my Tesla model 3 here for an alignment and regular tire maintenance. They were pretty fast and very accommodating. Great experience and high quality work. If you work remotely and need to bring your car in for same day service, the waiting area is great to get some work done while you wait!

Incredibly helpful, thorough, and knowledgable staff. I'm a poor working man with a beat up old Toyota pickup, and wanted someone who knew those 2UZ engines to work on mine. LexTechs delivered! Little pricey, but I've been to other techs and lemme tell you you get what you pay for.Treated me like any other high-dollar customer, provided a nice little Camry for a courtesy car even!I would 100% go to LexTechs again with ANY of my Toyota needs!

LexTechs did a fantastic job on my car. I went to a competitor of theirs and after multiple attempts they could not fix my car. LexTechs fixed it with out a hitch and gave great customer service all along the way. They also had better knowledge of my car and how it works. I am only using them going forward.Service: Tires

Not satisfied with the service at allPaid $180 for a diagnosticSimple tire end rods and front alignment is what I was told $700 that doesn't include the $180 feeAre you kidding me! Had the repairs done somewhere else and I'm still having the same problem/ same noise coming from my steering column Called LexTechs back and was told that I would need another diagnostic to dig a little deeper into this NOISE "You start with the most obvious concern and work your way to the root cause!!!"BullFroggggggSo, is this their way of getting over on customers. Their commission is tied in this and they are all HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!!The Rep could care less about me complaining, all he wanted to do was make me another appointment Beware they have their money radar outLooking for YOU

Had my GS350 FSport in the shop and end to end would recommend LexTechs to anyone without hesitation.From the inspection process to replacing worn out suspension, brakes, and a full 120K mile servicing, they were easy to work with and provided an amazing experience superior to the dealership.The car drives, handles and brakes like new now.Also, your guys at the shop and my service advisor were all extremely thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with along the way!Thank you for the follow ups, loaner car and to the team for delivering excellence in service!

LexTechs is a top notch, well managed service shop - highly recommend!After buying my 1st Tesla, I came across LexTechs and found that they are now servicing Tesla vehicles which is great news given that my experience with Tesla Service hasn't been good.LexTechs offers a higher level of service experience that compares to taking a higher end vehicle to the dealership (the experience that everyone wants). The level of communication from the initial call all the way to the vehicle being completed and ready was excellent. Cost was also inline with what I expected and was even positively surprised.I absolutely love my Tesla but given my experience with their service process, it left me worried and concerned about owning one out of warranty. Now, having found LexTechs and the fact that they now have the ability to work on Teslas, I no longer have the same concern.Services: Tires

I recently had an unfortunate experience with LEXTECHS that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I brought my Tesla to their service center after experiencing AC issues, hoping for a proper diagnosis and effective repairs. However, my experience turned out to be far from satisfactory.Firstly, they diagnosed the problem as a defective AC blower motor for which they charged me a diagnostic fee of over 180$. I agreed to the repair and patiently waited 2 weeks for the part to arrive once it arrived I dropped my car off the same day.. and then a month went by it took them for ever to install the part.. like FOREVER to have the motor installed. To my dismay, after the installation and waiting EXTREMLY LONG, the tech told me after waiting a month ...that my issue remained unresolved and after doing further diagnosing it wasn't my AC blower motor but in fact it was my AC COMPRESSOR.SO THEN i get sent a totally new quote of over $2k for an entirely different issue. This sudden change in diagnosis and the hefty price tag left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer.NOT ONLY THAT but they left my glovebox unplugged where I had to drive up the next day to get this plugged back up. Just not a good experience at all.Unfortunately, their misdiagnosis, the subsequent ineffective repair, and the significant increase in the estimated cost of repairs have left me with a sense of disappointment and frustration.As a customer, I value transparency, professionalism, and fair treatment. Regrettably, my experience with this shop failed to meet these expectations. I sincerely hope that they improve their diagnostic accuracy, ensure better communication with their customers, and avoid charging for ineffective repairs.I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering LEXTECHS for their "Tesla service" needs as I was advised they haven't worked with model 3 only Y... so my car ended up being guinea pig or LAB RAT scenario for them to trouble shoot and figure out how to fix my car. It's essential to inquire about the diagnostic process, ensure clear communication regarding costs and repairs, and be aware of the possibility of misdiagnoses or changes in estimates.Ultimately, I hope that LEXTECHS takes this feedback constructively and works towards providing a better experience for their customers in the future as this whole experience was the worst I have EVER encountered!
