!!!!CHECK EXPIRATION DAYES BEFORE LEAVING STORE!!!! I often find perishable items on shelves that are out of date, and unfortunately a few have made it home. Just this week I accidentally purchased a bottle of sauce that had expired in July of 2023... not okay considering the shelves had just recently been straightened out. I also had this issue over last summer with their frozen items: many products had expired dates or had clearly been thawed and refrozen (you know how cardboard feels all yucky when it's gotten soggy and then froze again?) Really gross when these products have raw meat and/or dairy. Upper management is ALWAYS rude when I try to bring an issue to attention- once when I shared that I almost slipped in the indoor cart corral due to rainwater and no signage, the gentleman wearing the assistant manager badge just shrugged at me and walked off. Same reaction when I told him about a curdled jug of milk sitting in the shampoo isle a few months prior... I jokingly mentioned this to a young lady on staff and she started to tear up: it was clear she's not comfortable in her work environment. Not to mention the parking lot is too busy thanks to sharing the lot with Chick fil A and a rude older crowd that hangs out nearby- I don't appreciate the overweight old men catcalling me when I go buy milk. Overall a crappy store: save yourself the frustration and go a mile either way down holcomb bridge and go to Publix instead. I'll gladly pay a few extra bucks to not be in a bad mood all evening thanks to this location. Very glad to be moving so this won't be our primary grocery anymore.

Laura who works at the Kroger gas station needs to be re-trained she doesn’t know what customer service is and has a bad attitude she doesn’t know if she wants to speak to you or not.

If the manager is too lazy to run the store, then they shouldn't even bother and just quit. They close the main entrance before 8:00 p.m. there are no carts at the alternate entrance. I found who I thought was the manager and asked where I could get carts and she put me back outside in 15° weather I had to set off an alarm just to go get a cart 2x the size of what I needed. Shelves not stocked. Just an absolute joke was able to get about 10% of my list. Oh, and I saw at least 15 employees, all useless except the one monitor of self checkout. The only people that appeared to be doing any work were the nice lady running the self-checkout and the guy rounding up shopping carts in the parking lot. I arrived at 7:50pm and the store was still busy, which made it even more infuriating. They do not care about the customers at all. There are two other stores within 5 minutes of this store and you can bet I'll never be at this store again

Above all else, I look for food quality and cleanliness. Sometime produce is fine, but too often it's on the edge of being spoiled, yet it's still for sale. On occasion, I find food well beyond it's expiration date. This is the closest grocery to my house, but I've stopped going.

Close but this place needs an overhaul. Restroom is bad.. and this is where employees should wash their hands. They don't have a good chance too.

At the checkout, digital coupons didn't apply. The cashier told me to talk to Customer Service.Over 40 minutes. It took them over 40 minutes to figure it out.I also had to explain that 2x5+4=14, not 8.One of the store clerks refused to help the customer service person who couldn't figure out how to fix the issue.A manager that she called on the phone said that she is not scheduled to be in the store until later. At this point, the customer service person turned off lights at the counter and said she was not trained to do this.Epic fail.

It's just okay. Produce is frequently sporadically stocked, and the quality of it just isn't fresh. Meat stock and quality is also hit or miss. I have been twice and there were no shopping carts available and one of those times there were also no baskets near the front entrance either. The Kroger a few miles north on Holcomb Bridge is much better.

The worst Kroger around. There were no normal lanes open. The manager was standing around doing nothing while three of us waited for a lane to open. I won't be shopping there again.

This Kroger's self-checkout and checkout are slow compared to how other Krogers in the area run. I wish they would hire more competent and well-aware people, so it'll be faster for customers in a hurry.

They never have carts availabl. You have to go to parking lot and get carts yourself. I have shopped at other locations/ grocery stores and it's a team effort on making sure customer service is #1 priority. The Deli department is also always close. This is brought to management attention all the time and all she does is walk away.

I HATE the self-checkout machines. They constantly malfunction, saying "Help is on the way" when no help was requested. They take forever to scan items, interrupt the process with useless commands, etc. They miscount loose change. But all that would be a side thought if we weren't literally FORCED to use them. Tonight, no cashier lane was open because Kroger short staffs so managers and CEOs can line their pockets. What happens when blind people need to shop, and can't use a touch screen? When people with mobility disabilities can't stand up to get their own receipt, or have the coordination to push the right buttons on the screen? This might pass in other industries... but groceries are FOOD. Forcing people to use self-checkouts is just another notch on the ratchet that separates the masses from survival.I hate the corperate grocery world. The employees are great. The food is fine. But Kroger does not care about us.
