Close but this place needs an overhaul. Restroom is bad.. and this is where employees should wash their hands. They don't have a good chance too.

Just wow…when dealing with the general public’s health, you do not hire just anybody to handle these things. This should be against the law. It took hours to find my prescription for my daughter who had Covid. Very unorganized and unknowledged. Quite scary really

Honest review, it has most of the items you need. Definitely not a welcoming energy but a couple workers were nice. Good for last minute ordeals

This is the absolute WORST grocery store I have ever been to(not just worst Kroger, worst grocery store?. The employees are beyond rude. Every single time I come in here they have terrible attitudes. How is it my fault y'all dislike your jobs? You would have no job if I didn't SHOP. They make me uncomfortable every time I'm here. As if I am bothering them. What makes it worse is this is my local store. Why should I have to go out of my way because they are miserable. Kroger scrap the whole team except for 2 people I have encountered! Ridiculous

Marie and Allison did a great job helping me reduce my price on a medication. This pharmacy has done a wonderful job for me over the years.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy around. The pharmacist screamed into the phone at our doctor. Incredibly, shockingly unprofessional.

This place is great as far as Kroger's go. Staff is friendly and helpful, store is typically always clean.

The worst pharmacy customer suport in that area.Forget about welcome stuff, consultation, or appologies. And we don't speak about pharmacist customer approach and knowledge.Their attitude is like to sell potatoes at the farmer market somwhere in the east 3th part countries.

Old food if not canned or sealed. No floor with nice shiny white or new shelves. People always look sad

It's clean and esthetically nice. Their staff is courteous and helpful. It's large with an abundance of options. I'm fairly new to the city and this Kroger is one of the better ones I've encountered.

Kids working in the pharmacy need basic training. They don't know how to/don't want to acknowledge customers, lack social competence, reluctant to speak with customers, and have a generally apathetic attitude. However they are happy to engage with each other once the customer had 'stopped bothering them.' Get a YouTube channel if you only want to think about yourself.

Staff struggles with the load with Covid-19 vaccinations and regular needs in this high volume location with a drive through. Often people don't call in their prescriptions before pickup at window. Short staffed like everywhere, but the staff there deserves patience for hanging in. They're very supportive and doing the best they can.
