After working on two deals with Justin over the past four months, I am pleased with the outcomes. In addition, the speed with which Justin applied himself to make these deals come true is incredible. He provided a smooth pathway to get both loans.He educated me about inter-family sales regarding real estate, which saved me a lot of money, unlike people I've known for many years who kept this information to themselves.Although he works for a company, Justin is like a one-person shop for your real estate deals. Justin is your man if you're ever looking for a genuine real estate professional. Period.

I highly recommend Justin Perez as a top-notch mortgage lender! Justin was very thorough and informative during the entire mortgage process. We had dreams of moving to Georgia from Missouri, but we weren't sure what hoops we would have to jump through. What comes first the new job or new home? Justin was so knowledgeable during the entire process and made it happen for us. We had a timeline we wanted to meet for moving our family 8 hours away during school summer break. Once we found the house we wanted Justin got the ball rolling and we were able to close on our dream home quickly. We will definitely use Justin for any of our future lending needs!

Justin is very knowledgeable on various real estate transactions. He has been our lender with our last 3 closings and gave insightful info that helped us through each process. And he's also quick to let you know if he doesn't have an answer, but just as quick find out the right answer, which is definitely appreciated in an everchanging market. Justin Perez and GRA were by far the best lender I have used. From day one communication was excellent and it stayed that way all the way until the end, although that wasn’t long because my closing was so fast and seamless. I will def be seeing Justin when it’s time to purchase my next home(s).
