I have been at IT Johns Creek for one year. Coach Taylor got me interested in lifting (for me) heavy weights, and so far, I was able to progress in several areas. Something new and exciting for me!The atmosphere is great, the people are nice and supportive, you can ask questions and get support when needed.Their Inbody tests showed that I built muscle and reduced body fat to an almost excellent range for my age.I am a 62 year old female, and came from a small Physical Therapy Studio, where I had 1:1 personal training for 2 years. At first, the place was rather intimidating. A huge hall, deafening music, totally muscular trainers, lots of barbells and free weights, ...., nothing I had been used to at all.Well, I started with 3 days Prime classes, I now do 4 x Prime, and just this week added 1 x Power class.I am motivated and disciplined regarding my workouts. However, I need being held accountable and the support of a trainer. I get this at Iron Tribe. A good place to be.

I was scared to do it and I did it, I saw my results in the 6 weeks of the challenge and I loved it. The motivation, and the energy that is lived in the classes is incredible, along with the collaboration of the coaches. I finally found a gym that I enjoy going to and I see the results. I feel great!!! Thank you Iron Tribe!

The environment the coaches create is great. From the music selection to the random shouts of encouragement. The whole environment pushes me to try harder every time. They generally explain all exercises very clearly and break the most complex moves into easy to replicate. They care about form and they show you how to properly do it. Even in 20 people classes, it feels like there is attention to the individual. This is great for someone just starting out.

Coaching staff are tops. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They keep an eye out for you on form and offer tips/recommendations for your success.I went for 6 weeks then thought I would do on my own. Big mistake. After 4 weeks I’m back.Location for me is great, also.

Iron Tribe has been my favorite gym yet. The coaches are so engaged, the workouts are really efficient and effective, and the community can't be beat.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge but can see myself continuing here afterwards. I never thought I would get a crazy workout in 25 minutes, but I’ve been proven wrong! Loving the atmosphere and kind coaches.

I was hesitant to join because I’d never done these type of workouts before, but my husband signed me up for their 6 week challenge and I’m hooked! The coaches are so awesome in helping with form and pushing you to do your best. The people are so nice and welcoming. No matter the fitness level, you can get an amazing workout!! Highly recommend.

There are gyms but Iron Tribe is a fitness lifestyle. Lots of great workouts available daily and the dietary guidance has gotten me into the best shape of my life. Best decision I ever made. Just wish I’d known about them sooner!

The coaches are the perfect balance of fun and caring, and completely professional. They strive for us to do the moves correctly, and push you just enough to make sure you are challenging yourself. All this and still completely non-intimidating!

Caring Coaches, Correct Form and Calculated Results. Over the years I have been a member of many Gym's and Fitness programs. Only one has provided the 3 items listed above as part of their program. The coaches at this location speak to you, and get to know you. Theses coaches ensure correct form to limit injury and modify any exercise to fit any impairment or limitation a person has. Finally, through the diet portion, if you follow the meal plan, which helps you know what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat, your objectives and goals are calculated and adjustments are made to help you achieve your goals. I have lost nearly 30 lbs in my 1.5 years going to this gym, but that doesn’t really capture the true impact it has had on me. Physically I am a new person, but mentally the change has been just as significant. I believe in myself more and make better choices. I have also developed friendships that will last a lifetime. Close to home. Numerous exercise times allow me work it into my schedule. I like the coaching and the menu assistance. The variety of exercises allow me to go consecutive days without wearing myself out. Friendly atmosphere including the other customers.
