Excellent service by my tax professional, Linda Reeder, at the Jones Br. Rd. location in Johns Creek, Ga. My only suggestion would be to offer a discount on services, to long time H & R Block customers.

Kim Donlick is the absolute best! I’ve been going to her for 7-8 years now and she is always so professional and personable! Only complaint I have is they seem to be a tad high, but I feel like I am getting my moneys worth for sure! I highly recommend Kim and H&R Block in Abbotts Village!

For the last 20 plus years,I've utilized H&R Block because of a gentleman named William Cartwright. Mr. Cartwright retired this year. I was hesitant on getting my taxes done. So,I decided to revist the location at Abbot's Village where I met him 20 years ago. I luckily was paired with a lady who knew Mr. Cartwright. It comforting she knew him and she ended up giving me some excellent and valuable advice. Look forward to working with her in 2023.

I was pleased with the service from my HR Professional.Only frustration was that the HR Block website is real technical issues regarding their portal use. I tried to upload documents, but it did not allow me to rename the files or sort them in order to make it simpler for the Tax professional to follow.That is the main reason why I had to physically hand them to her instead. This was an inconvenience to me. Please fix the technical problems on the HR Block portal in the future.
