Love this studio! It’s now under NEW Ownership and the wicked witch is gone! Ignore those old reviews as the new owner is amazing, knowledgeable and truly is passionate about her studio and ensuring her students are safe during their practice whether new or experienced! Excited to be back and also enjoying a diversity of classes to suite everyone’s needs and schedule! Come check it out! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I love Jenni and Eileen. They offer corrections at this studio, which it’s insane that one has to even put that. Why wouldn’t you want to practice bikram correctly? They are fantastic, and I am hard pressed to practice anywhere else!

When there are more 1⭐️'s than 5⭐️'s.Thanks for the reviews I won't be going there. Sounds like Jenny needs therapy and her employees need prayers.

This place shouldn’t be allowed to run. The instructor is a really rude and a weak lady and she clearly can’t teach yoga. Please stay away from this place. I wonder how this studio is still in business.

Every review says the same thing. I willl echo that...this place is the worst. 15 year yogi veteran right here and they are just rude at this studio...this is not teaching or yoga. Stay away.

I've been here a number of times, though not too recently but plan to return soon. The reviews for this studio are generally at one end of the scale or the other and both are accurate. After you read my review look at who gives which type of review and you should see the pattern. For whatever reason the owner can be somewhat aggressive and territorial especially for newcomers. At the other end the studio is great and instruction is good, though again Jenny (owner) demands you do it her way, which is good in some cases but not all. My analogy would be like some pets. In your house, your pet is great and treats everyone in your family well. Then a visitor comes over and she barks/hisses/scratches, things you can't believe. Once that visitor keeps coming back, the pet tones it down. Yeah, that's how this is. I just read a review a few weeks before mine here and Jenny does need to tone it way down to accommodate for injuries though. If you are in town and looking for a place to go 1-2 times while here, this is not it. You will not enjoy the experience. (1 *) If you looking for a long term place to practice and will become a regular visitor, then this is great...after you get past the first few visits. (5 *) All of the instructors, including the owner, are very knowledgeable.

This yoga studio is very strange...they briefed me about rules of the class like how to sit or stand in case I need to rest, what is more strange they said I could not leave the class during the practice. The instructor strictly directs students to place feet and do poses in specific angles. Then she calls people by name during class... Some reviewers said it is like being taught ballet. I expected yoga with guidance and not ballet like yoga with orders.

I began my Bikram yoga practice 10 years ago. I am certified to teach this sequence. I've owned my own studio and facilitated many teacher trainings since 2015. I was quite excited to find this studio being that I am brand new to the area. I would have been a super-regular. Except, the owner is irresponsible and reckless in her instruction. I had taken 3 classes by an employee of the studio. She had "warned" me that the owner would not allow me to move my towel during warrior pose. I have severe nerve damage from the waist down with intense pain in my feet, at times. My 4th class was taught by the owner. We were about 20 min into a 90 min class and I released from 3rd part of awkward pose 2 seconds early due to pain. I am well aware of my personal limits. She yelled and berated me in front of the entire class for ending the pose before she had finished counting down. I explained this is my practice and that I was patiently waiting in standing savasna for the next pose. She barked "this is MY studio" you will do as I say or you can leave! I said I'm not leaving, I will finish my class. I continued and did every single pose she instructed me to with the exception of half pigeon which causes sciatica in my body. I modify by doing king pigeon instead. After class, I approached her at the desk and said "I am responsible for my safety, if I need to modify or end a pose early, I would like to be able to do that". She said "this is not the studio for you." And I clarified, "Are you kicking me out of your studio?" She said "Yes". I requested a refund of my intro week, $35, which she said she would process that day. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my bank because she did not honor her word. This is a woman that lacks the fundamentals of yoga. She recklessly endangers her students by forcing them to do her will, rather than what is safe within their own body. She teaches from EGO, she is there to feel important by controlling others. This is not yoga. She will seriously injure someone and probably already has, due to her sociopathic behavior.

I started going to Hot Yoga of Johns Creek a couple of months ago. Before I went I had horrible pains in my neck and shoulders; it would keep me up at night. I could hardly turn my head and my left shoulder kept going numb. I had spent the last year going to two chiropractors and a physical therapist with little results. Now I have full range of motion in my neck and no more pain. I still cannot touch my toes, but that might take a few more years.

I arrived to the studio and was welcomed by the instructor and yoga trainee. The initial interaction was welcoming. They asked me the usual first time visitor questions. I informed them I received my 200hr yoga teacher training eight years ago and taught classes for five years. They asked for my experience with yoga and hot yoga. So I told them. I did this to ensure I could go through the class without them focusing their attention on me. During the class I did welcome some corrections because i don't mind help or advice. The moment the class vibe turned sour was when the instructor started calling me out by name. Instructing me not to do certain poses. Mind you they were poses my body felt comfortable doing.... "No do not do that, not in your first class. That is only for advanced students." This puzzled me, i looked up to make sure i heard her correctly and that she was speaking to me. She was. Now, I am not prideful or resentful. I took this class because I wanted to be in a group environment while i practiced. I wanted the sense of community that comes with yoga. I have been practicing yoga for eight years, I know my body. I know its limits and what it can do. Never have i meant such a hostile instructor dictating what not to do with my own body. She did this multiple times through out the class, leaving me frustrated and constricted in my movements. Afterward, I just collected my things and left. This interaction has left such a sour taste in my mouth. I really hope no one else ever goes through that kind of treatment, especially new students. It would be such a pity if this studio discourages them from diving into yoga. Not all teachers are like the ones at this studio. To me this is the first time I have ever meet an instructor so bitter that spoke like a dictator rather than a fellow yogi leading students through a practice.

maybe she doesn't like visitors, maybe she had a bad day, but I can not understand why she stays in business with her extremely bitter attitude. My fault I didn't read reviews prior to my visit. Absolutely no reason to try to verbally abuse another human. I didn't want to sow discourse in the class which is the only reason I remained silent and didn't leave the room. I hope she deals with whatever demons she's battling . Karma is an unavoidable universal law
