I like other hot boxes, but whoever usually runs this one, acts like somebody who's trying to run customers off, rather than help them. The guy I talked to seemed very annoyed with any questions, especially about pricing... He has something on clearance that was twice the price where somewhere else had it not on clearance.

I usually don’t do reviews but this store deserves the shoutout. Sticking to one store isn’t my thing but I’ve been in and out for a couple of months now and these guys have succeeded in making me a regular, Abdul just gives off a nice friendly vibe every time. They’re honest and responsible plus the product lines that they work with are great in quality minus the pricey part.

I moved to Johns Creek a few months ago and was scouting for a nice smoke shop. Stepped into Hot Box to buy a grinder. TJ, politely welcomed me into the store and she asked me what I was looking for. I asked her to recommend a good grinder. She took the time to explain each product the store carried and told me what she thought would be the best. I picked her selection and it was awesome. Works great and does the job. In addition, she also told me about the different products the store carried and welcomed me to the area. TJ's customer service was excellent and she seemed very knowledgeable too. Hot box should recognize and reward her for her service. Ever since, I've been going back to the store and is my go to smoke shop. Highly recommended!!

I have been to the store only once, and I have received the best customer service by your employee Abdul which he has recommended one of the best sellers vapes where I was considered and helped me a lot. Definitely will come back again.

Best smoke shop I’ve been to since moving to Georgia. Customer service was great, I went in just to get an Esco Bar but I ended up leaving with gummies to. I usually ask Abdul what he suggests and I haven’t been disappointed with any of them. Good store and good customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STOREWorst store I've ever been to here in Georgia!!! Terrible customer service, employees are too lazy to serve customers. Even so, I bought this device and the employee said that the battery lasted a week, but the battery died in less than a day! I went to the store to exchange but the store does not exchange because he said that the battery life is normal. This is a real lie!!! I've had several of these devices and the battery lasted several days.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
