I will never forget how this salon made me feel, even 1-2 years later. I showed the stylist a medium length cut, and she started hacking my hair off with the worst technique I've ever seen up to my jawline. When I tried to speak up, she didn't care how uncomfortable I was. It looked so bad, and I was close to tears when leaving because I knew it was going to take a long time to grow out. It's been about a year at least now, and my hair has finally recovered somewhat in length and I'm starting to feel beautiful again. I learned my lesson and I am so embarrassed about my choice and what I was thinking when I was trying to find a place quickly. I will only go to higher end salons now, or stylists that understand Asian American and/or women's taste better. Ladies, please listen when I say your hair can be one of the most personal and sacred parts of your body (temple) and choose carefully who you allow to touch it!!

Ya know, service with a smile, and genuine congeniality is very rare these days.Not only was my cut a cut above, but the customer service that Zo gave was unmatched!!Highly recommended!!!

Sue is phenomenal!! My 2yr old needed a haircut and she was very patient and helpful. The haircut turned out great because of her professionalism. My husband and I go to her as well and she always meets our needs.

I went there to get a shampoo, cut, and blow dry. One of the workers told me they couldn't dry my hair because the blow dry lady wasn't there today. Then she said she can't shampoo because she has back problems! She asked the other worker if she could do it and she just shook her head no. If you can't shampoo or dry hair, why do you work in a hair salon??
