The customer service was terrible. I went in to go buy my son some Jordan's and when I asked for someone to help me, he tried to sell me on $2000 jordans rather than the $150 jordans I wanted. Additionally, some of the sneakers looked off. They may not be fake but the stitching is definitely off, maybe a defect. I would rather shop on stockx than this place. Will not be coming back here

Have bought and sold sneakers here a few times. I have had nothing but positive interactions with all of their staff and they are all very knowledgeable. Prices are fair given the type of sneakers they are selling and they have a nice selection of highly sought after shoes. Also, the store is well organized and clean. Will definitely be returning regularly.

Great store. I went there I bought Jordan 4 for much cheaper than the mall and with a reasonable price. Would recommend this sneakers shop. 100% athletic

I’ve been here a few times. Great customer service from these guys. Only downside for me is that they’re about an hour away from me. Other than that, 100% legit/authentic. I’ve ordered online and picked up from store same day. Thanks for the Jordan 1 Spider-man and Royal Toes. Don’t sleep on GrailNation. Awesome selection of inventory even with clothing.
