The other reviews are definitely fake. Lillie Nguyen used cheap, subpar products on my hair. I’m 99% sure it was tresemme because now my hair feels goopy. She was 10 minutes late to open the salon and my service was $110, which didn’t even last an hour. She also rubbed tresemme shampoo and conditioner on my face and now it’s chapped and raw. She also didn’t bother to even towel dry my hair or brush it out. I actually had to ask her to do that. So I left with sopping wet hair. Stay far away! This place doesn’t feel clean and it felt sloppy and lazy. The other lady she has working in there pretty nice, but Lilly is pushy and calls out your insecurities such as hyperpigmentation on your face to try and get you to pay an extra 200 hundred dollars for a hydra facial. Trust me. Run!

Amazing experience! So very relaxing. I had the head spa and massage with a pedicure add on. So clean and professional. Truly a treat!

Enjoyed my Mother’s Day pampering at LOV! I got the head spa treatment, facial, and mani pedi. Great service and so relaxing!

Very disappointing and weird experience. They were not ready and unprepared to start at my appointment time. I was told to lay down fully clothed until the owner showed up 20 minutes late and then it just got weird from there. She was squirting my face and ears with water, my shirt was soaking wet front and back, she was lathering soap all over my face (it was getting in my nose and in my mouth and I couldn’t breathe at points when she was covering my nose), one lady was massaging me while the owner was washing my hair and they were talking to each other during it which was distracting, she told me that I had very dry hair and dry skin and tried upselling me twice when I was already paying for the Royal package/ head spa which is $175. I was so excited for this experience- I had been seeing head spa videos all over Instagram and waited months to finally put down the money for it, and it was not what I was expecting at all. She didn’t massage my head once. She just washed it and scrubbed it super hard and aggressively. The steamer thing/sink that they put your head in smells like it’s burning the whole time. Also my body massage didn’t feel like a massage/ the lady was literally just rubbing oil on me/ I didn’t feel any less tense afterwards), and then they told me to go to the next room and blow dry my own hair and use brushes that were not clean. This experience was also not relaxing because the beds are in one big room where you can hear people coming in and out of the store and talking around you. Very strange experience.

Came for a birthday/girls weekend trip from Alabama specifically to try this Head Spa. It did not disappoint. Such a relaxing, wonderful experience and all of the staff were so friendly and kind.

Wonderful experience! Came for birthday weekend and got the deluxe head spa package. Fell asleep during the head steam. Will be doing this again for sure!

I came in for the full package Head Spa Special & 45' Deluxe Massage! It was such an amazing experience. My hair feels so lush and my skin rejuvenated. I highly recommend coming it to See Lillie and staff. Knowledgeable and phenomenal customer service.

My experience at Lovskin was amazing ? my cousin and I both had the head spa deluxe. We were later recommended to have a facial at a discount rate to combine with the deluxe service. The facial removed almost all of our impurities and our skin felt so smooth afterwards! In addition to that the head spa was top notch! I had it done in Vietnam multiple times and have been disappointed with the same service provided in the US until I found Lovskin! Chi Lillie and chi Phuong were amazing from head to hand :) we had the most relaxing experience ever! We’re so glad to have spent part of our weekend here! Highly recommended! Huge thanks to both chi Lillie and chi Phuong!
