The Employee Mosharaf is by far the rudest and most unprofessional I have come across. He seemed uninterested and unbothered to answer any questions instead he went to the back and ignored the customers chatting with other employees. No wonder the other customers disliked him so much for his bad attitude. Horrible experience. Stay away!

Mosharaf and Alfred were both extremely helpful and provided excellent service. They helped me print several documents in a timely and professional manner. Very happy with the results and the service. I will be back!

So rude, would never come here. Walked in and guy a counter just held up this hand and said no. I can’t help you at least 10 min. There is no one in store. I simply had to pickup a print job that was 10 second thing. I hope they close as they don’t deserve to be in business

This place is a joke! They r closed more often than open. Often times when I go they r on “lunch” break - today it says they are open until 6 - it’s 2:53 but they aren’t. I called and no one picks up! I’m going to UPS - I wouldn’t ever come here however I’m forced to do a return via fed ex.

I just went to this location to get 2 copies printed from an email I received. I asked Mosharaf the only person that was working behind the counter could he was able to do it and the cost. Apparently he was not interested in doing it, so he went into some sort of explanation about how much it would cost. He then proceeded to direct me to a copier and said I could scan a code and copy it myself. This would have been fine if the code worked. I was the only person in there at the time, after the code didn't work the first time. He told me that I must of did something wrong to try it again. Now another gentleman has walked in with an issue of something they did. Now two more people and I can't even get help with two copies. Customer service at its best...not!!!

I went to this new location next to Stoney River. This is a smaller store but everything there for what I need for printing and using their pc. Staff was polite and helpful. Keep up with the good work!

Their notary service is online via video conference. How is that even possible? How is a notary supposed to sign and stamp documents via video chat? The counter staff told us to go to The UPS Store…

This Store has moved to 9775 Medlock Bridge Road, Suite C. Next to Stoney River and Honey Baked Ham. Convenient dedicated drop off parking. All printing services available. New location, Manager and staff.

(If I could leave less than one star, I would)Note: if you are a minority who abhors discrimination, I would caution going to this particular FedEx store.)Although I expect no action on the part of FedEx , I feel it necessary to report horrible customer service I encountered today @ this FedEx Office location.Today, 5/8/2023, at around 4:45-4:50PM, I received the most horrible customer service experience ever by a FedEx employee named Victor at this location.First, when I entered the store, he asked for my ID— I did see a sign that this is standard policy at all FedEx stores, but I am always, always asked if I am a FedEx account holder prior to shipping a package.(Victor, I suppose, assumed I was not an account holder because I am Black.)Next, I grabbed a small FedEx shipping box to encase the book and card I had intended to send (via my FedEx account).After retrieving the box and placing it on the counter, he told me to close the box myself.(Attempting to ignore this second micro aggression, I unfolded the box and put it down on the counter; I did not seal the box, for I am not a FedEx employee, nor am I paid a salary to do work intended for Fedex employees.)I have never ever been so demeaned by a FedEx employee @ a FedEx Office!Third, after repeating my FedEx account number multiple times, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my package so as to provide a cushion for the book I had intended to ship.He told me that bubble wrap & brown paper were not complimentary.I told him that I failed to see why I had to pay $10 extra dollars since the small box was the smallest box offered by FedEx.He presented the cost of the upgraded fragile shipping box.I was befuddled by both his explanations & temperament, seeing as I was polite to him the entire time.After he refused to budge, I told him “It’s cool. Don’t worry about it…” and left the store.To underscore the above, I went to a FedEx Office store 5 miles down the road, and an employee at that location offered to cushion the book I was shipping with paper, free of charge.I am appalled by this level of discrimination in today’s climate and am seriously considering canceling my corporate account.P.s. this level of “customer service” was subpar to the USPS …

Not sure why all the previous reviews are so negative. This location was my favorite and always had a great experience, all employees were very helpful and nice. I used to use their service a lot for the business. Now they moved and it is so inconvenient!

Bald guy was in the back playing on his phone while a long line of us were just waiting for 10 min. Once he decided to do his job, he was rude & questioned all 5 of us in line aggressively why we didn’t just use the self serve kiosk. Won’t be stopping at this FedEx ever again

I had 40 prints sent to this location from my company. Once I went to retrieve those prints over 10 of them were missing after the store manager complained about being overworked and how my company ripped them off. He was completely rude and unprofessional his name is Dustin. He actually cost my company alot of money having to go t another location and have my prints listed and paid for double because he failed to do his job accurately and professionally. This guy should not run any type of business in no way shape form nor fashion. He caused alot of confusion and inconvenience
