A better option is FedEx office print and ship at 4150 Old Milton nearby.
This location does not have everything you need to ship through FedEx.

I paid a premium for an overnight delivery, to arrive Friday afternoon. The letter didn't arrive until Monday evening. I called FedEx to claim a refund given the FedEx guarantee and they refused because the driver claimed a thunder storm (I guess rain or shine doesn't work for FedEx). I checked the past weather in the area during the dates in question and it only shows partly cloudy. Very disappointed to pay a premium and only receive excuses, slow, and poor service. Back to USPS since FedEx is no better. Express is no longer part of their mission.

Twice in a year i have had to deal with him and both times I took my package to another FedEx office close by I probably have been to 40 FedEx offices as I travel the state and ship on my way to customers or pick ups and this place and this one guy is the only difficult person I took the same package to another FedEx office and no issue 2nd time same guy same situation and took to other location no hassle Don't go here ! Go to other FedEx drop places or UPS near by He thinks he is doing you a favor ! Horrible would be a compliment

Zero customer service. Mumbling words through his mask. I asked him if he could print something and he said "maybe" at least that's what I think he said because it was very hard to understand him.

The employees are friendly and the store is open until 10pm some nights. I had a complaint about a driver and they took it seriously. One of the supervisors even followed up with a call. The one thing I don't care for is you can't call them. I've asked the customer service people to call the store, but they claim they don't have the phone number. Why is FedEx so secretive about the phone number?

Very rude. I had my product to be dropped off at this location and the lady there checked me out and told me to get my product on the employees side of the counter. I didn't know I was allowed to be on their side of the counter, very unprofessional and rude. I will send my products to a different location from now on. I think customers should "receive" the product not told to get it themselves.

Not true as I drove the street to the UPS store and they happily accepted the equipment sent it back. What a j**** Won't ever go there again, he flat didn't tell the truth nor did he try to help in any way!!

I was SO disappointed with my visit to this FedEx. In my opinion, the manager at this store has racist practices towards customers. This was my experience: I went there and one of the employees told me to stand a few feet away from the counter. The employee also asked me to put everything in a bag and to not touch the counter. I thought those practices were due to COVID, so I respected the rules. However, another customer came inside the store, and they let her approach the counter. The employee took an envelope from this new customer, and didn't ask the customer to stand away from the counter. I asked the employee why the double set of rules for the different customers. The employee refused to give me an answer. Instead, she gave me a nasty, comptemptuous look. Then I told the employee: "Does this decision have anything to do with the fact that I'm a Hispanic immigrant and the lady who just came in is Caucasian?? (the employee was African American). I then said: "Is the decision of letting or not letting people come near the counter based on racial profiling??" The employee told me: What?? You know what?? You can take your back and go to another store!! I have the right to refuse service to anyone if I choose to". I responded: "Oh! So you're going to retaliate against me for speaking up against your double set of rules for customers??" The employee said: "I said, GET OUT of the store!!!!". I then asked to speak to the manager; the employee said: "I am the manager". I said: "It is so sad to see African American people committing acts of racism against other ethnic groups". At that point, the "manager" got really furious, grabbed the phone, and yelled at me telling me: "I'm calling the police!!!! Get out of my store!!! Take your bag and get OUT of my store!!!!". I had to go to another store to return my package to AT&T. Horrible experience! In my opinion, after having suffered the horrible consequences of racism, it is so heartbreaking to see African Americans perpetuating the same practices onto other racial groups. Racism is wrong. It is horribly wrong when it is done against African Americans, but it is equally wrong when it is done to any other social group. When we allow smaller acts of racism to go unquestioned and unchecked, we enable the proliferation of bigger and worse acts. Both God and the devil are in the details. I wanted to end my review with two inspirational quotes, not just for the reader, but also for this manager and for the people who train employees at FedEx: "In everything, then, do to others as you would have them do to you". Matthew 7:12 "Do not commit the crime for which you now serve the sentence" Alexandre Dumas in The Count of MonteCristo In other words, don't do to others the hurtful things that were done to you. These are simple principles to live life! FedEx really, really needs to reevaluate the training they give to their employees.
