This bank is terrible. I used them years ago for 2 loans and the whole process is a nightmare. They ran my credit way too many times for the same thing. They need an extreme amount of documentation. I recently went to just see what their personal loan rates were and with no warning at all they ran my credit. Zero disclaimers. I didn't even want to use them unless they had a really low rate (which they weren't) and they told me to bad. There is no vocabulary about their loan rates what's so ever when you click to apply for a loan. It is hidden somewhere else on their website. It's the worst customer service with no response to anything at all. No one takes any blame for all the mistakes they make and all complaints fall on deaf ears. Never use this bank for anything.

I called the "help" number and asked the question about my account up front - the lady asked for SSN, DL#, Employer, Address, DOB, Debit Card# then said "you will get that information in the mail" or you can come in to an office to get it. Why not tell me that up front and NOT waste my time? New customer - but probably not for long!

Went to make a simple check deposit this morning. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:45am, both lanes lit up as green. I send my deposit over thru the tube and get no response, I look over and see no one at the window. I wait 5 more minutes and still nobody so I park and go inside. A male employee had just walked out of the drive thru room with the tube after realizing there was a check in it. THREE female employees standing at the front desk just chatting away about personal stuff without a care in the world and no response when I walked in. Your customer service at this branch is seriously lacking.

incompetent branch of employees my god. it’s so slow here with minimal traffic but somehow nothing ever gets done. they love giving you the run around on things you need but at the end of the day your aoproval for anything never happens. GOODBYE!

This branch had pissed poor customer service! If I could give them a zero, I would. They need to be more customer friendly, the last time I checked it is absolutely about customer. Stay away from this location. Beware

A word of caution. This bank is about 10-12 years behind most present day banks as far a technology goes. A barely functional website and a mobile app that might pass as a high school project, leads one to question this bank's "reputation" and why it's even open in 2022. By the way, if you find yourself an unfortunate victim of owning an account here, your account number is not the number labeled as "account number" on your statement....that's your savings account number. Completed disorganized.

So working with these guys for my first loan was not the easiest. I toke forever to get it through then finally did. This second loan I been working on they declined it then approved it. So as I was in the paper work to finish it up they asked me if I wanted a credit card. I asked for details on this card. It did not fit my needs. So I declined it as well. The another funder looked at the loan and declined it. I brought all the papers necessary to get this loan approved. Even showing five times the amount in assets, savings and with a good credit history. Good credit history with them and all my financial institutes. Never a late payment. It was a refinance on a brand new vehicle which I am invested more then 33k into it and asking for a loan for around 40. I just believe they should not go back and forth on the loans and should be transparent of the formula they use so we don't waste each other's time. Also they are ready to give me a credit card but won't finalise the loan. I was thinking this bank would be able to finance my mortgage and other ventures my family and I may have. But I think taking business else were is what's in order. I even offered to put up ca lateral like which is paid for and has a value of over $750,000 or other vehicles. It's been a mess working with them and am not happy with the process at all.
