A year ago I use to love this gym so much even with Active and Fitness Direct , I still paid for it (had a corporate membership). Over time this location in particular have be so money hungry and the satisfaction of their patrons have stopped being priority. Today was the last nail in the coffin. Today my frequent partner had forgot his ID to get in . I understand now they are enforcing IDs but a year ago if it was nothing too frequent the old staff would not dare inconvenience me to drive 30 min away to go get it. Instead I was introduced with a offer to get him a membership instead (trying to push a sale). At that point I promptly cancelled my membership and do not regret it a bit especially since I can get it for FREE. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this ain’t what it use to be .

I wish I could give zero star. I wanted to terminate my membership and I was told 30 days notice was required and I had to be at the facility personally, when I talked to a manager about this over a call, who was very rude to begin with. When I went there to sign the credit card payment, they told me to pay for 50 days. They count 30 days not from the day you give notice to them, it’s counted from the day your credit card was charged. So if you joined the gym on 25th of month and you went to give them a 30 days notice on 27th of same month. Your 30 days will start from the next month of 25th, so you will be paying for almost 58 days. They just try to get your money.

Had an awesome one to one kickboxing lesson with Hunter the trainer, instructor and I loved it!. His warm up was excellent, then explained every step with a lot of patience and understanding , he's very knowledgeable of the sport and progresses along with your ability. The gym is very clean, has tons of equipment, a lot of classes, very pleased

Very disrespectful and poor customer service starting on the management level (I hope they record the calls so they can see what kind of service is provided to the customers). After talking to 3 different managers, 2 of them found extra charges done to my credit card, I was asked to go to the location personally and still didn't get my refund. Do not waste your money!!! there are several options in the area with better service.

The worst attention that I have received in my life, the worst attention from summer G and the general manager both of them never gave me the right information when I made my subscription for the gym. I’m Hispanic and I felt racism from both of them, the other Hispanic workers are really nice. i wouldn’t recommend this gym everything is base of taking your money. I would recommend reading the contract before doing the membership.

Been coming to this location for awhile now and it doesn’t disappoint. They have everything I need. Well maintained, the equipment works & its clean. Summer is super nice & accommodating! The staff is attentive & friendly in general. Thanks ya’ll

I’m going on 4 years of being a member with this location and out of all the staff I’ve met and interacted with, the current staff is by far my favorite. Everyone is always very helpful and happy whenever I walk through the doors! I don’t see myself ever switching.

This gym has the best staff and all the trainers and front desk are super friendly and helpful. Everyone is so welcoming makes you feel comfortable. I love bringing my friends and family members here to workout with me.

I usually visit the Buford location on weekdays, but today I came to the John's Creek location. I'm giving it a low rating due to the cleanliness of the machines. They were covered in dust and grime, and it wasn't just one machine; many of them were in poor condition. I didn't report it to the staff because I doubt they would do anything, as it seems many if not all of the machines haven't been cleaned for months. Other than this problem, the gym is fine, and I enjoyed the yoga class. I hope the management reads this and takes steps to improve the cleanliness of the machines through their cleaning crew.

Been a member for several years now. The gym can get pretty busy during rush hour, but it has everything you need for a solid workout. The staff at the Johns Creek location are always friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. Props to Stefan for being on top of it when I needed help.

Today when I finally decided to go to the GYM at the Johns Creek Georgia location, I went with a friend as a guest and to let him in they asked for his ID, at the time he didn't bring it with him and it was our first time as a guest and as a member, we didn't know the policies and it is common that if you don't drive you do not have the ID with you every time. Without making excuses and asking what else we could do, there were no exceptions or solutions in our favor, just that we couldn't pass. I understand that the company's policies have their restrictions but exceptions are made everywhere and even more when you are new member and you also have a guest with you. So finally we left and that conclude my first train day.

Dakota was the manager for our cancelling memberships. He was really rude. He asked how long we were members we said “3 months we’re just cancelling because we are going to lifetime fitness and they have everything” his response was “yeah yeah yeah that’s cool but how long did you say you were a member” and then informed us of the 30 day cancellation which is fine. Very dismissive and rude. We have access to the gym for 30 days since we had to put in a 30 day notice and needless to say we won’t be back.

Crunch is great if you are committed to going to one location and never have to move.There are lots of hidden fees and an inability to cancel in timely manner. But they are quick to talk you into signing up for a membership that will leave you paying months after you're gone.I do have to thank this gym for my start in my fitness journey, since this is where I started two years ago and I have successfully lost 40+ lbs. I just recommend starting at a gym that is more honest and does the right thing when it comes to how much they charge their customers (I now utilize my college campus gym and neighborhood gym).

My name is Ryan Pham. I have been a customer with you guys for around a year or so and I have always had good interactions with everyone here and the rest of the staff are usually extremely kind. Today My friend and I came in and my friend did not have his card because he lost it. We were told to download the app which he tried but could not do(do to an error with the app store). We told the front desk and the lady started to give us unwarranted attitude and basically lecturing us like little kids for asking to use a number look up instead. I confronted her after because the way she spoke to us wasn't okay in anyway. She tried to tell me it's because she had to enter phone numbers in all day, yet we have never used the phone number look up prior and at this point she was still talking to me like i was being a nuisance. She then said if you wanna complain then you'll have to wait until the morning. At this point I asked the head manager for this email to file a complaint.
