The people at this bank are so unbelievably nice and patient. As someone with insane social anxiety, they made the process feel so easy and not stressful at all. They were quick and efficient. They didn't seem judgemental, which I was worried about. They were just very understanding of my situation and did everything to help me resolve my issue. I came two different times, I had two different people help me, and they were both super professional and nice. 10/10 would recommend this bank.

I had issues with Chase online banking. All employees at this branch helped me above and beyond. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside of this branch is the service they offer. They don't handle cash so the service is limited. I wish this location offers full service for daily banking (deposit cash at least).

Two guys working there today, I was going to open an account, the man said I need an appointment to open a business account. They just stood there doing nothing, there no other Customers. I don’t know why they couldn’t giving the service to the walking costumer while they were not busy!

**UPDATE 02/18/2022**I was again in due to matters for a family member's account. Customer service told me to go into any branch (even if the branch does not handle CC Accounts) with the death certificate to get my family members estate updated. Since I had such amazing help from Leah before, it was a no-brainer where to go. I stopped in and again found myself in very friendly & Professional hands, this time by Rumpa Deogharia. Rump was so incredibly helpful in going through a process for a CC account which the branch does not handle. She made sure that everything was properly taken care of and my family member's account was put in the correct state. Rumpa was simply the best possible human that I could have encountered for this type of issue. I cannot thank her enough!!Original Visit - 11/17/2021I was in today to deal with financial matters for a family member. I was incredibly fortunate to work with Leah Sesto. I was sent in by the Chase 800 number. When I arrived, my issue had to do with a product that is not dealt with by the branches. Leah was helpful and made sure that I did not need to go anywhere else. She handled my issue in a very timely manner and was extremely knowledgeable. She is the type of Professional that we all hope to find in any establishment we do business with. I recommend this branch 100% because of the level of service that Leah provided.

I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism, poor service and rudeness of the woman who was assisting me. This branch of Chase bank used to have great customer service when I signed up several years ago, but it has quickly gone downhill in the past two years. They completely eliminated cash transactions and they act like you are inconveniencing them when you walk in. I think that corporate could save the shareholders money by closing this location because it offers very little value-added.

This branch doesn't do cash transactions, which means you can't deposit cash, withdraw cash or cash a check. I am not sure why Chase headquarters even keeps it open.
