I was referred to Chaplin's for jewelry repairs, and despite arriving after closing hours, they graciously accommodated me. The owner took the time to personally assist me, meticulously reviewing each piece of jewelry I brought in. I had collected these pieces over the years and was seeking advice on repairs and/or modernizing them to suit current tastes.
I was thoroughly impressed with the expertise and guidance provided. Chaplin's not only repaired my cherished pieces but also offered creative suggestions to enhance their appeal for today's trends. I have been dealing with Parseg and Judy for more than 15 years now.Chaplains is by far the best place to make a purchase of any jewelry, you can be 100% confident that you will be treated fairly. They can also design and make the most beautiful custom design jewelry. From High end Diamonds to a less expensive piece. You can always be certain that you are getting treated fairly. They will always be kind and courteous with you weather you are buying your first piece or if you have been a long term customer / friend.If you are in the market for jewelry of any kind. I urge you to check out Chaplins before you make your decision. It is hard to believe Anyone would go to the heavily marketed larger Jewelry stores. No matter how far you live from their store it will be worth the trip. Especially if you are investing in an expensive piece such as an engagement ring or a custom one of a kind piece. It would absolutely 100% for sure be worth buying a plane ticket travel across country to be able to experience the exceptional service, advice and just all around great experience you will have. You will never go back home then days- weeks or months start questioning if you made the right decision. Do not make the mistake of purchasing an engagement ring or any other large purchase from anywhere else before checking with Chaplins. But with Chaplins you have the most knowledgeable experts in the diamond industry with a great moral code to help you make an educated decision on any gold- diamond purchase you may ever make.

I had a necklace gifted to me that needed to be shortened. I brought it to Chaplin's and they adjusted the size in less than 45 minutes! The repair cost was also very reasonable. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm looking to buy more jewelry. Bonus points for the cute pup that hangs out in the lobby!

My wedding ring got stuck, turning my finger blue and numb. I made several panicky calls to local jewelry stores to get it cut off. Some quoted me a ridiculous charge while others simply didn't have the equipment for it. One of them referred me to Chaplins. Not only did they cut my ring free of charge, they were incredibly comforting and reassuring, which I really appreciated after all the pain and anxiety I had been through. The owner Parseg is one of the nicest people I've met. He also welcomed me back to get my ring resized. While I was there, I also looked at their incredible collection of fine jewelry. I'm definitely going back.
