My pup and I always have the best experience during her appointment. The staff are always friendly, and I enjoy the ease of scheduling an appointment request online.. I don’t mind the long commute just to obtain quality care and good customer service!

Was so stressed worrying about Roxie but staff was so awesome and Roxie was relaxed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.Never have to wait for my appointment. The techs are very kind to Roxie. I always feel she's in good hands. Shout to Nick, but in fairness the other techs are always nice and professional. We go for fluids every week and its always a good visit.

Dr Tkac is super. He answers all my questions and addresses any concerns I have regarding my 2 golden retrievers, Hank & Chip. The office and patient rooms are clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Also, I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen by the vet. I would definitely recommend them.

I will start my review with the bad... I drive almost an hour to get here. Now... that should tell you all you need to know about the care I give my dog Sampson. As soon as we walk in the door we are welcomed with smiling faces. Carmen is up front every time to give Sampson the biggest hug and make us feel at home. Dr. Tkac's nurturing care and knowledge is what makes the biggest difference and what ultimately sets them apart from other veterinarians. Always honest, upfront, giving the best possible care and treating us like family is why we love Dr. Tkac and all of the staff here at Bridge Park. It's never fun to go to the vet, but if you must, this is your place!

Today at 12:15 my cat is having a major reaction and I call and the girl tells me Dr Sokol is in- then tells me she’s not!!!! Also tells me the other regular doctor is not in either-So ridiculous how this place is!!!! They’re happy to take your money and keep stringing you along but no one cares!!My poor cat tore up her ears with some allergies- I’ve spent over 1000$ already and still no results. My poor baby has been in an e-cone for 4 months and when I call the office it seems no one cares. They just offer another medication for another 300$ expense. After all the expenses, even to trim her nails they want close to 30$! Which is outrageous to just trim her nails!Certainly wish there would be a better follow up process and plan for some relief for my poor kitten!May be time for a new vet.

I brought my precious little doodle Presley here to be spayed, they did such an amazing job and made her so comfortable! I even got an adorable picture of my little girl next to the Christmas tree. I absolutely plan on coming back.

Hands down the very best vet in Alpharetta! Everyone is so kind, and they have taken the best care of our animals at a reasonable price! I can’t say enough great things about every vet, vet tech, and person in the office!

We just had our first appointment today with our new rescue, Millie, and it was wonderful! Millie is afraid of everything right now so my husband and I dreaded trying to get her in the door and putting her through a stressful situation. She must have sensed that it was a safe place because she walked in without hesitation! She didn’t shake or cower or refuse to go wherever she was lead, and seemed calm and relaxed the entire time! The entire staff was so warm and welcoming! It is so comforting to know that Millie now has a Vet Family to care for her!

I've been taking all of my dogs here for the past 10 years and Dr Tkac and his crew are amazing. This staff has become like a family to us and our dogs and we have absolutely love them. We have had so many emergencies and so many close calls that they have saved the day on. I will never take an animal anywhere else.

URGENT!!!! Save your animal and please don't take your loved pets to this horrible place. This place is a nightmare. My friend took his cat there for grooming , she was healthy and perfectly fine , no health issues , I was playing with her right before he took her there , and she was in a good mood ate good and very playful ! After he took her there . They killed my friends cat, due to not knowing what they're suppose to do ! They put his cat under the sedation in order to groom her, and that's exactly how they killed the poor cat. When it comes to a Vet or a human doctor I believe that doctors or vets suppose to know they're job a 100% and be 100% accurate. I'm this place no one cares , and no one takes responsibilities.

Be careful with this place - especially if they plan to apply anesthesia. I heard some awful news from a friend of mine who lost their cat after a routine visit - anesthesia just for grooming - followed by.... The office denies doing anything wrong and still charged him tor their "services" - won't take any responsibility for what happened

WARNING .. Never take your pet to this place they don't know what they are doing. You are going to risk your pet's life. Don't be fooled by the good comments. They are not worth your money, time, and most importantly your animal. Horrible...
