Stopped here for gas on my way to work. Swiped my card and the pump asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no, then when I lifted the handle to put in my car it kept saying one moment, processing. I went inside to see what was wrong and the lady was rude and said I put the handle in first before swiping. I told her I did not, that I swiped, it asked me for a receipt and I said no and then nothing. She said I wasn't charged so I went back out to pump gas. Not 5 min later I get a decline charges on my bank account for $125 because the wrong pin was used. I immediately changed my pin, but I will never go back to this BP, they are shady and should be charged with ID theft or something along that line.

Was just informed my wife's card info was stolen by a very rude person in the store... stay far far away their are many much better stations aroundEdit: don't worry my wife has already reached out to uppers concerning this matter... ill keep the number handy though in case yall try and sweep it under the rug

This is not the cleanest place... it is not the best service... they have gas on par with price wise with other gas stations.Not my top choice of places to get gas but it works when it is needed.

Earlier today, I was on my way to Bridge’s class in John’s Creek, made a wrong turn and stopped by the nearest gas station, which was this BP. I was overcharged! $10 for a water bottle. When I was at the register, the guy didn’t scan the item, nothing was showing up on the screen for me to confirm the price. I already had my debit card out while I was waiting, so he actually took it from me and inserted my card in the machine himself and quickly turned the machine around so I couldn’t see the amount. I was a little stunned to speak, but figured I’ll just wait and look at the receipt. Receipt was printing then this man immediately grabbed it, balled it up and threw it away!! I wanted to ask him why did he throw my receipt away, but he started speaking to me in a language I didn’t understand and it really threw me off. The guy kept brushing me aside and acted like nothing happened. I couldn’t communicate with him. I was already running behind schedule, so I figured I would just leave. Took advantage of a thirsty pregnant woman trying to buy some water. Shame on you.

This is just unbelievable I purchased a coke during my lunch hour and half way threw it I saw the date and it’s expired over 3 months ago I started to feel sick after if u ever purchase snake from this place check the expiration date PLEASE especially if your giving your child anything from this store !!!! I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answers I will be contacting Georgia department!

If I could give a ZERO, I would. The most humiliating, insulting, and rude behavior I have ever seen. The South East Asian guy working at the register on the evening of 9/13/2022 around 7:30/8PM humiliated the customer before me and made the customer feel worthless with comments like “you should know better. I can’t focus when you’re talking, etc.” I mean WOW. Who even talks like that. It doesn’t even end there. When I brought up the issue with the pump to notify him that pump censor is not working and it overflowed while filling gas which ended up charging me extra for the volume that overflowed, he went on to insult me saying what do I want. Obviously, my car did not take $116.95 gas (see the attached receipt). No compensation. Moreover, no apologies or even appreciation for bringing up an issue that could affect other customers. What I actually got in return was humiliation and insulting comments. I guess some people really don’t know how to talk to other people as human beings. The guy talks to the customers like they are there to torture him because he simply doesn’t want to work. Not only will I never fill gas at this BP again but I will never be filling gas at any BPs ever again. This is an unacceptable behavior. BP company needs to take action against this guy or at the least teach him basic courtesy. What a shame that people like him still exist.

Improve on the quality of the worker on the evening shift (Wednesday July 20, 2022) and this location could go further.Poor customer service skills. Felt regret pumping gas here.
