Went here for initial visit only. FD states they will just send the bill because they still have to verify my insurance. My copay is normally $30 including specialist visit. I received a call from the billing department regarding my bill over $100. They don’t play around, billing will keep calling you. Finally setup a payment, which was first payment taken out last week. Today I received a call again from the billing, stating my name showed up still. I already setup a direct payment. I work in a big specialist clinic, but I don’t think we chase our patients with payment aggressively.

When my Dr. referred me to Benchmark, I was told they are the gold standard for PT. So very true as I learned at Medlock Bridge location. Kudos to Mgr, Stu, as well as Dutch, Mason and front desk str Nikki.

I visited this location for 8 sessions, it didn't help me at all. Not only I didn't improve but also got worse than before. It affected my life for a long time, unfortunately.

The lady of the desk is sharp and rough, She never has available appointments for me.
I think the person who works in front of a desk should be always more courteous.
