I had two rings resized. They did a wonderful job. They also polished and cleaned them extremely well. One ring was blackened to make parts stand out more. All that was redone. The rings look better than the day I bought them. The rings were over 30 years old they had seen their share of wear so it is saying a lot when I say they look better than new. Customer service was outstanding. Definitely one of the better jewelers I have used over the years. I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

Excellent prices, outstanding service, and sometimes there is a cute puppy to greet you at the door. What else could you ask for?I went there back in November to shop for my wife and really liked the store and the staff. When I went back, three or four weeks later, the people I had spoken with remembered me. They even remembered what I had shopped for. You don’t see that very often. When I returned in February to get a Valentine’s Day gift, they remembered me again!I have purchased three different items from them on three separate occasions and I feel like I got great value for the money. They have beautiful stuff that you don’t see everywhere, the service is top notch, and it is a no-pressure store. Highly recommended!

Incredible place to shop for jewelry, pre-made or custom designed. Great people, excellent service, and virtually limitless options. Our latest interaction was with Andrew, replacing my wife’s ‘crumbling’ engagement ring from another jeweler. They were able to reuse the remaining diamonds, provided a credit on the gold, but designed and created a stunning ring that will last.

Buyer beware - this place is a rip off on anything custom. We converted an old diamond bracelet and lost half the diamonds and the end result was down right ugly. Plus it was overpriced. Sorry we ever went here

Can not say enough about Ami and Andrew. Customer service and knowledge of the jewelry industry is outstanding. If they cant answer a question or fix a problem they will find someone that will. I don't buy a lot of jewelry, but when I do, it's ALWAYS here. To be fair, I first went because it's relatively close to home and because my wife used to work with somebody whose family owns the business. However, what's kept me/us coming back are the usual indications of a great business, which begins with outstanding service. We always get treated with nothing but patience and respect,, which is especially appreciated because when we do buy jewelry, we're still buying at the lower-end of their inventory yet, we still get treated like VIPs. I also like their repair services, which, is also nice because you don't generally throw away jewelry because of some damage. However, getting reasonable prices and quick turnaround factor into whether its worth repairing the damaged item, and once again, this is where they provide outstanding value.

I purchased a unique diamond earring and matching pendant for my wife from Atlanta Diamond Design several years ago. When my wife had difficulty locking one of the earrings, I stopped by Atlanta Diamond Design and Izzy inspected it and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He explained what had occurred (after a long period of time, the clasp needs to be straightened so that the clasp will lock) and further advised that he would prefer we bring it back to him for adjustment and not to try it ourselves. The quality and uniqueness of the pieces and the ongoing commitment is what distinguishes Izzy and Atlanta Diamond Design from the others!! Thanks, again, Izzy!! Evan

I received my Bulova Watch as a gift from Bill Bennett, the US Secretary of Education in the Reagan Administration! Obviously there is a story behind the gift and it will become a family heirloom. The bracelet needed some repair. I took this precious heirloom to Izzy at Atlanta Diamond Design and entrusted the watch into his gifted hands. Izzy took me past his gorgeous studio, into his workshop, to his workbench, and immediately went to work on my watch. In a few minutes it was repaired and cleaned up and looked like new! Thank you Izzy!
