There is a personal care to their service. Lost my brake fluid cap inside engine cavity. They took time to put my vehicle on lift, take off splash guard. Technician carefully examined and after 20 minutes of looking, found the cap stuck on top of a remote section at the bottom of the motor.They care about the small stuff! And I am very grateful for this!

Alpharetta Auto is top notch! They are extremely detailed in their communication to customers and always provide an itemized quote, and will walk through any repairs in detail. This location is close and convenient to me, but more importantly they are trustworthy and honest. I would highly recommend Alpharetta Auto!

I originally brought my car to Alpharetta Auto to get some simple work done that would have cost me hundreds of dollars somewhere else. Just brought my car in for 60,000 mile service. They were done in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. Alex is very knowledgeable and is patient when I ask questions or raise concerns. I will definitely keep bringing my car here.
