This foundational knowledge is essential for both workouts and everyday life. She effectively explains which muscles to engage, and her one-on-one sessions have been instrumental in alleviating my chronic back pain. Her dedication and professionalism are truly remarkable.

Lilia is a great and professional petsonal trainer. She helped me twice with my injuries when even doctors had no idea how to treat. I do really appreciate what she did for me. TO all my acquaintances and friends,I suggest to go straight to Lilia and do not waste money and time on useless physical training.

Lilia is a highly skilled and very knowledgeable trainer ? Her personal workouts customized towards my needs and level. When Lilia explain everything about class and exercises it makes me even more motivated because I get all the points and reasons why I should do things a certain way ☺️ Also there is always something new during every class. Time flies so quickly when I am training with Lilia. I am so glad I found this studio!

Lilia was referred to me as an experienced personal trainer. During an introductory meeting, I explained to Lilia that my primary sport is amateur road cycling, and I need assistance in my core strength, as well as balancing and lateral movement. During the course of 20 sessions, Lilia taught me series of kettle and bar bell exercises that that improved my core and lateral stability. Having medical background, Lilia also showed and explained to me how to do muscle release and position yourself to avoid physical injuries. Lilia demonstrated as a knowledgeable personal physical trainer. I am using Lilia's videos in my home studio no, and I am planning to repeat personal training with Lilia 8-10 month from now.

I came here with low back pain because I wanted a trainer with a certificate in medical sports to help me improve my everyday body posture. Lilia is The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified, highly professional and really taking her time to understand my needs. I am still in the process, but I already feel the difference. Every session Lilia gives me certain exercises, explains how it benefits my low back and makes sure I do it right. I consider my sessions with Lilia as my investment in my health and highly recommend her services.

Lilia is very profesional , knowledgeable and fun to exercise with. Small groups make exercise.plan practically individual. Periodic assessment allows to see where the problem is and helps start working on that problematic areas. Beautiful, well equipped studio.. Love my classes and workouts. Thank you Lilia!
