So I had a rat in my storage. And made and insurance claim. The rat ate my close purses shoes lotion and so on. They won't give me my my insurance money for my loss because I was a little late on rent. If I could give them 0 stars I would. So now I'm out of all my stuff and they wont do anything about it

My boyfriend rents a building from this place and he has had nothing but trouble! Either we can't get in the gate or his lock has been cut off of his building AFTER he has paid his bill! Definitely looking at other options.

Clean , affordable, & secure . Everytime I've had an issue or concern, the employee who was working that shift responded within 10-30 minutes.

Do not rent a storage unit form sunset storage on 341 ! After having our things in the unit for a few months ,we found rats feces on everything and they had chewed up several things too. I do not recommend this place at all.

Rented a uhaul trailer from this company. Customer service was great, I showed up at a wrong location and these folks got me squared away. Lot was easily manageable, but service was great!!

Prices are great. Facility manager Christian goes out of her way with exceptional customer service. Clean facility with 24 hour access. Climate and non climate control units available. Uhaul trucks for rent are a great convenience! Would recommend this to anyone needing storage.
