“This is not my experience but something that I was blessed to witness while in the Jesup store today. There was an elderly lady who was having an issue with her phone and Charmaine (I think that's her name) was so sweet and patient with her. It did my heart good to see how well she treated this woman. If I wasn't fortunate enough to live in the same town as my mother, then I hope she would find someone as helpful and patient as Charmaine to help her. She is a real asset to the store, and I'm so thankful I was privileged to see her customer service in action.”
“The lady at the counter was extremely polite and helped me with a phone that wasn't a Cricket phone. I'm coming back next week to upgrade my cricket phone but she was wonderful. 5 ? for her alone. Very smart and fixed what no one else could figure out.?”

“I stopped by to buy a phone because my phone was not working right. I was willing to pay 200.00 for a phone but the owner after spending a lot of time working with my phone was able to help me see my phone was still good. What a Blessing to have people like that in our community that is not just trying to make a buck. I highly recommend this place because of honesty and willingness to help and free of charge for their time. Thanks Tim”

“Brittany was awesome.. can’t remember the other girl name that day that was there was also great. She stayed on the phone back and forth changing my phone over for 4 hours!! Also dealing with call in and walk ins.. that was not pleasant toward them. People need to remember that they are not the cause of your malfunctioning phones.. or your bill.. kudos ladies!”
