I must say that i use this website quite a bit to purchase packs for my love one who is incarceated at least once every two weeks im purchasing food packs and i must say it is a good deal considering the things you buy on the canteen are much higher if you was to buy the things indivially so all in all i think buying the packs is a way of saving money and defitiley convient for sure. Also just curious as many times as i do log onto yall website which is frequently are yall having problems with the website cause once i click in mcdaniel supply and go to website and click on shop now it doesnt go no futher than that. i dont know whats going on but ive never had a problem with yall website and now i cant get it to load ive been trying all day. THank you

This place is for sending money to a loved one or someone you know who is incarcerated. It's convenient and quick but,the fees are high.

The website worked great until recently. I’ve purchased numerous times without difficulty until now. The website was down & when it came back up I was unable to sign in. I tried following the steps to reset my password without success. I tired creating a new account as suggested without success. I called and spoke with customer service who stated the only thing I can do is creat a new account with a different email account and load another credit card. I explained I don’t have or want another email account. I was told use another email provider other than Google Gmail because McDaniel’s auto reply system isn’t working well with gmail. This issue is very frustrating because McDaniel Jailpackstore is the only option for the facility my inmate can receive packages. Two Thumbs Down for McDaniel’s current situation. As stated above everything worked fine initially but not working properly presently. I’m very disappointed and so is my incarcerated loved one.

I'm not a customer but im rating the driver thats in the Augusta area the morning of May 1,2023. Very reckless and dangerous . Wouldn't let me on 520 when you see me coming off the on ramp just get over instead of speeding up!! Running off the road like dude some of us want to make it to work and home. GET BETTER DRIVERS before someone get hurt.
