I stopped by to buy a phone because my phone was not working right. I was willing to pay 200.00 for a phone but the owner after spending a lot of time working with my phone was able to help me see my phone was still good. What a Blessing to have people like that in our community that is not just trying to make a buck. I highly recommend this place because of honesty and willingness to help and free of charge for their time. Thanks Tim

The front desk people were nice but I'm a very unhappy one time customer... Drove over an hour after several phone calls to make sure they could work on it or send it off ..we end up back home with a new screen that's just randomly does what it wants and phone still not working... if the tech guy would have listened the first time! Wasted half a day and money! Find somewhere else to go!

I gave 2 stars simply because someone answered the phone. Beyond that I have been unable to get anyone from this company to be interested in my business. First, I left a message with no call back EVER. Secondly, someone answered only to place me on eternal hold. I try to do business locally, but I will go out of town for this one.

Adnan and his team at Jesup wireless are Amazing. I live in rural ga where cable internet isn’t available. I was skeptical at first from switch from viasat but Adnan assured me that he’ll give me my money back and I didn’t have to take him up on that offer because his services are great and they support gaming. Also the customer service! When you need them they Will resolve the issue, I texted Mr. Adnan on a Sunday and he fixed my internet in 10 mins, I would 10/10 recommended jesup wireless

I took my wife’s phone there to get fixed. They kept it for about 4-5 days and whenever we got it back we noticed that they put the wrong type of screen on it. The screen popped constantly, the flashlight would randomly come on, the phone glitched all of the time, wouldn’t hold a charge, and last but not least the glass back began cracking again even though it was not dropped or mishandled. Had to end up paying that phone off and paying for a whole new phone with our phone provider. I will never go back here for cellphone repair needs again! I strongly do not recommend!

Been going here for several years now instead of Hinesville. The prices are better and the customer service is great and the owner will go out of his way to take care of his customer, I know, as he met me in Ludowici tonight to get me my phone.
