Love the peacefulness of being able to work out anytime of the day. Sometimes when i cant sleep i can go work out about 2 or 3 am which i love. Even more to be able to go to the gym on weekends 24hrs a day

I've been working out at Jesup Fitness for years and I highly recommend that you join. They are always adding new equipment and right now they are doing some remodeling and opening up more space. Love the Silver Sneakers class. Can't wait to try the Yoga classes. My husband will be using the equipment more than I will.
