Got my 2nd fence completed through Upchurch 2 weeks ago. Scheduling, work and payment were all easy and quick. Crew that completed the work were on time, professional and friendly (Santiago, Orlando, Amber and Jamie). Would continue to recommend Upchurch and this crew specifically!

Called over 2 weeks ago to set an appointment for a farm fence job that will cost 10-20k. Appt. was set for today (over 2 weeks later for a job site visit and estimate.). Appt was set for 1P. At 1:10 Mr. Upchurch was still not here so I called. Receptionist stated he would be there at 1:30 so I continued to wait. At 1:40, he was still no call no show so I called back, and she stated she would try to reach him. Still no update after this so I called back again. Still no answer. She called back at 2:10, a full hour and 10 min after scheduled set appt and said he was on the way and would be there in 30 min. At that point I no longer wish to do any business with this company, since the owner couldn't even be bothered to contact a potential customer with an appointment for a large job when he was going to be late or a no show. Very unprofessional and bad business.Would NOT recommend.

They've been real busy so I have not got my fence yet but they come really highly recommended when they came to do my measurements they were very professional and if I have any questions they have no problem answering when I call very professional I highly recommend

5 stars on their work, 2 on communication and responsiveness. We had to call twice a week for WEEKS to get them to finish a job. We got different answers from different people on what they could and couldn’t do. Each time we called, we were promised a callback, that simply didn’t happen. We were repeat customers, very frustrating process when trying to get something done.Service: Aluminum fence installation

Upchurch installed a fence at our home. Prior to installation we were to flag our sprinkler system, which we did. The installers put the fence directly on top of two of the flagged heads. The company refused responsibility for the damages. Beware of this company.

They did some fence work for me and the job was done satisfactory with a few issues that needed to be corrected. After several weeks and several calls for them to come back and correct the fence issues I keep getting empty promises. Several of my post are 11 ft apart and in those area's it makes the fence very wobbly. It is not sturdy at all and a few more post need to be in those week areas. Its been several months and the problem still has not been corrected. I have been staying on them with calls but it does no good when they say they are coming and they don't show.

Upchurch fence did the front and back fence for me. Almost 5 years later they are still standing straight, no warning. I am moving and have already called them to put a fence around my new property. A little more expensive, but I definitely got what I paid for. Would recommend them to anyone
