Very good experience. They listened to my concerns and corrected my auto problems at a reasonable price. I will go back to them in the future if I need auto repairs.

The guy that runs the shop(can't manage nothing) cant go good on his word, keeps making excuses for not finishing up with my vehicle. He stated he had my part 3 weeks ago and don't want to install it, after having my vehicle a year and 8 months very bad customer service. BEWARE

Friendly service provided. We were able to get a quote and a scheduled time within a day or two. They stayed true to their quote and estimated time of completion of our vehicle. There are only two guys and I'm impressed at how much they get done.

These people are good for you if you are their friends. I took my 2002 Honda there because it was running hot they charged me almost as much to fix the car as what I paid for it. And guess what? It's still running hot I really don't recommend this place.Service: Engine repair

Horrible no communication before he puts a part on just expects you to come up with the money or make a payment arrangement!! No tears but how you do it!! Still think he's the one who broke it and double charged me for so no I do not recommend him. Sorry it turned out this way but my whollleeee 1 month experience with yall was horrible...

i could not ask for a better repair shop. i took my car to servrail different repair shop and they could not find out what was wrong with my car until i took it to robert at southside. he had my car diagnostic and fixed with in a few days and it took another shop a month to look over my car and they still could not figure out what the problem was.thanks to robert i was fix at a good price and now i have a new shop my car can call home now
