“They have paid parking. As well as free parking. Just come on the weekend or later at night when no one minding the store. Right on other side of fuel pumps right in middle of parking lot. Or do like everybody else park on the ends. They not going to say nothing. Just come on weekends or late at night no security no mgt. Who gonna know. The ends are the beat because they not lined just do like everybody else. Or you van wait tell somebody that paid pull out then take they spot. Even easier.”

“New pumps ⛽️! They final upgraded the fuel pumps. They have new technology and look so shiny and clean. The clerks on the inside are always pleasant. Most importantly and what I should have mentioned first is they have the lowest gas prices in the area! This is not just now when it’s currently $4.09, but usually.”
“I really like this little store a lot. When my brothers lived in the outskirts of Atlanta, some 50+ years ago, there were a couple of small mom and pop stores within walking distance of our home. We would sell coke bottles and then go to the store for a sackful, and I do mean a sack full of candy back then. This little Indian Springs store so puts me in mind of those days so long ago. “We rented a UHaul from Biles. The employee (who I believe was the owner) was extremely welcoming and helpful in getting us set up with our equipment. He called to confirm which was extremely appreciated since we were actually a day late due to UHaul scheduling a reservation without having the equipment on hand in Warner Robins.
You can tell this is a business that is a piece of America that is sadly fading. If this were in my town, I’d be visiting whenever I could. The old style gas pumps, full service station, and I think it’s probably family owned and operated. I hope that this place continues to stand the test of time with fair and honest service.”

“I like the staff but there are too many people hanging out inside the store. One girl was in there standing at the door so I looked at her. She told me I best stop looking at her. No one controls me and I can look at anyone or anything I want. It's not a good look if you want to keep customers. She was ready to fight. Don't know if she belongs to an employee or not but it's not a good look for the store.”

“I was at a total loss when my loved one was jailed and I had ABSOLUTELY no money to bail him out. I was going to do a property bond elsewhere as it is not an offered service at this establishment, until I spoke to Mr. Waits, who explained exactly what that entailed and advised me against it. I am so so so grateful he took the time to educate me so I could make an informed decision, and that he was truthful and forthcoming in how it all works. Ive never had to do this before and I was such a bundle of dreadful nerves and tears and hopelessness. I know I must have called 4-5 times speaking to both husband and wife in an effort to find a solution. They went out on faith and worked with me when they could've easily denied me. Mr. and Mrs. Waits offer a title pawn services at this location and allowed me to use our title as security. They even covered the bond fee that I couldn't afford and allowed me to basically create my own payment plan in installments so I could afford this. They were gracious, professional, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, expedient and were not even the slightest bit condescending towards me during one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life. As a matter of fact, as they were walking me though the whole process and clarifying as we went, they were both very reassuring that this would NOT be the end of the world for either of us, that I should absolutely NOT equate myself to the decisions of those I love, and that opinions held by other people in our little busy-body small-town are NOT definitive of our personal character. People make mistakes, were only human. It truly renewed my spirit to have had the time to speak with them and I am eternally grateful. It was like having a super supportive family member or very close friend. It was a ton of paperwork and the entire process took several hours to complete...although from my research that seems to be the norm, and also perhaps my situation in particular was just a pain and more involved than most...but when I tell you the folks are gold, I won't do business else where and they have got my recommendation for life. An extra special thanks to Stacy for going out of her way for me both geographically and in her earnest efforts to find a reasonable solution that was financially feasible.”
“This store is very new and clean and has a very clean bathroom the employees are nice and fast and the gas is cheap. Only 10 miles west of 75 interstate. They have a Burger King and a Duncan donuts. This store can be busy during mornings and evenings and also can be hard to get into and out of due to being on a busy intersection. I recommend this store due to its clean and low prices usually the best gas prices in the area”

“I had to stop and get gas. I purchased gas for $3.83 a gallon on my debit card. And I actually got 5 gallons. Cashier was friendly and nice. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Overall appearance of the store was awesome.”
“I come here often! They have a great selection of chips, candy, gum, etc.
They also serve Fresh Hot Biscuits with eggs, cheese, pork sausage (Link: hot and mild, turkey and regular), Bacon, Fried Salmon Patty, or plain. It's your choice and they do go quick!!!
They also serve Lunch which varies each day. You can get a choice of a Veggie Plate, A choice of Entrees with 2 Sides and choice of either a Biscuit or Cornbread. Their food is what a Southerner would call #comfortfood and the Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes, gravy, Green Beans (seasoned just perfect) and Biscuit is my favorite. I'm a #foodie and have had their Meatloaf, Fried Green Tomatoes, Fresh Sliced Tomatoes, Squash Casserole, Sauteed Yellow Squash with Zucchini and Fried Fish with Fried Potato Wedges! I loved all of it but kinda disappointed in the Fried Fish because the pieces were small and dry. Everything else has been really good!!!
We live on the same street so it's very convenient.
During the Summer it stays really busy but there's not much of a line. The Staff will always treat you like they want to be treated, like Family and with respect... They've been there for years.
I highly recommend you to stop there for gas, a good hot breakfast or luch, maybe even Dessert! They even like it if you just come in and say hello! Very friendly and knowledgeable about Jackson, GA!”

I just want to say that I have saved a LOT of money through their special programs, but more important is the quality of all the folks I've dealt with over the phone from this department. They have been incredibly helpful, respectful, kind and go out of their way to make things go smoothly. This is a true opinion and I'm giving it after dealing with them for over 2 years.
