1 star is actually too much. Horrible customer service. We came in to purchase a bottle of don Julio reposado.. a drink we typically always purchase. When we got back to the hotel to make drinks we noticed immediately the dark murky tint to the alcohol, not to mention at the bottom of the bottom it appeared to be mold. If you drink tequilla, you know this alcohol is typically brown amber tint… not black. We called the store and spoke to the associate, explained in detail and his response was yeah sorry about that no refund… now we were hoping to just exchange the bottle for a different one. So the next day I took the bottle back just for the associate to see how the mold was present and how dark the alcohol was. The associate who we spoke to on the phone was there and did not want to hear anything we had to say, his response was “I didn’t make the bottle as if we were insinuating that he did... So despite his very rude and ignorant response, I smiled and asked “you work in a liquor store are you telling me this is how reposado should look?” He laughed and said no. So i then asked with that being said you know this is a bad bottle you just refuse to do anything about it? And he said yes. Unbelievable lol!! Just an overall bad experience over a $55-$60 bottle..which lets me know the business needed it more than we did. Be advised before purchasing liquor here.

Way over price. I couldn't believe the prices for whiskey. The guy wanted $200 for Blanton's and said it was a good price compared to other places.

The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. That's a good thing because I know little about the occasional bottle of wine I pick up. Remember they also have ice if you don't want to go thru the ridiculous checkout system at the Circle K.

The store was easy to find and in a great location. They also had a large variety of wine. They did not have a large variety of seltzer or IPA.

I was just in the JIBC. The owner was very helpful and the prices are reasonable considering the costs for other things on the island. Ignore the old reviews as the JIBC was in a temporary trailer and it is now under new ownership in the Beach Village.
