Walked into the store to purchase a Apple Watch. Was told by the associate that I couldn’t buy the product upfront, that I would have to have it for 30 days and then pay it off. Wth is that about? Why can’t I just pay for what I want without having to be “locked in”? This particular store, the associates are often impersonal with low customer service skills.

The manager of this store I believe his name is Billy threatened and verbally attacked me through a cellphone call. My husband and I went in to get help with my iPhone because it did work, I bought my iPhone at that exact Verizon store located in 1681 Old Pendergrass Rd ste 130 GA. They did not help me at all. I spent 4 hours in that store for nothing. They just gave us a number to call which lead us on a wild goose chase of 4 hours back and forth. We went to the Apple Store, the corporate Verizon, and the UbreakIfix store. They told us that the store in Pendergrass where we bought the cellphone should replace it. After calling insurance the insurance company gave to the employees a solution that they should have known if they had been trained properly.
