Getting my new phone was a breeze. However, I signed up for the Internet and when I tried to install it, I had issues. I called tech support only to find out that my address did not qualify for it.

Walked into the store to purchase a Apple Watch. Was told by the associate that I couldn’t buy the product upfront, that I would have to have it for 30 days and then pay it off. Wth is that about? Why can’t I just pay for what I want without having to be “locked in”? This particular store, the associates are often impersonal with low customer service skills.
