Why?
I've lived here for 8 years.... I used to have 3 stickers in my mailbox saying duplicate address (461).
I need that again I guess ?♂️
I can't afford to have my packages going to a different home because your carrier won't read past the numerical to the street NAME. PLEASE!!!! I WORK FROM HOME. THIS IS MY JOB TO RECEIVE SOME PACKAGES AND LETTERS (I CANT DO MY JOB IF YALL CANT DO YOURS) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
I RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSES STUFF AND I'M EXPECTING SO MUCH THIS WEEK.
I WILL UPDATE THIS IF YOU CAN PLEASE IMPROVE THIS ERROR.

Great postal service.
My package was lost,I called up and reported it.
2 hours the mail carrier can and dropped it off to me personally at my home.
Awesome customer service.
Thank you soooooo much.
Highly recommended.

This is the worst excuse of a post office in the whole damn united states. Lost 100 wedding invitations that cost $500.00. Had so many people pissed off at us saying we didn't invite them and come to find out they never received a invitation because these incompetent fools lost or failed to deliver them. Now we sent a check out to pay someone and they've manage to lose that too. Always getting someone else's mail and our mail sent wherever. MORONS work here

This is the worst post office I have ever seen. The mail carrier is ALWAYS putting other people's mail in my mailbox despite my number and street name in giant gold letters on the front and the side. She even put the our last name inside our box yet STILL gets it wrong daily. I have found our mail on the side of the road several times as well as legal documents for a neighbor on the other side of the neighborhood., which we took to them personally. This has happened at least 3+ times. When it is brought to the attention of the staff, they are rude and dismissive. I ship through them for things I sell online yet have had to refund money countless times due to them losing or damaging the things I've sold causing me to lose money. I now try to drive other places. Relatives have sent money to my child for birthdays and low and behold, it was given to someone else and that person didn't do the right thing and return it. The mail carrier has damaged my property coming in and leaving my house multiple times, she has pulled less than an inch from my vehicle (under my carport) 2 times that you could not put a finger between my car and the mail jeep, is rude, and makes no effort to correctly do her job. I actually came out and looked at her jeep and my car when she pulled so close only to have her do the same and give me a snotty look with no apology. Telling other staff about these things just gets you an eye roll and a rude snarky remark. They need to overhaul the clowns they have working at this location, especially the "manager" that never has been friendly even once, but acts quite entitled and uppity.

The mail lady/man leaves the wrong mail in MY mailbox, so I leave it out for them and they never do their JOB of picking it up and delivering it to the RIGHT people. What kind of professionalism is that? Do your job right. I don't want to have to interact with neighbors who probably don't want to be bothered. I'm not the one getting paid to deliver the mail.

The staff in the Jefferson Post Office are always helpful and knowledgeable. I never quite know which option to use when sending packages but they always point me in the direction of the most cost effective option.

I went to the post office to try and pick my package up after it said it had arrived at the post office the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and refused to even check if my package was ready and blatantly told me no maby I can get to it b4 we close today so I came back at 4:35 and tryed again this time while speaking with the other lady at the front desk the first lady I spoke with interrupted me saying i still haven't done anything your not getting it today you can try again first thing in the morning at which time I told her I was not able to do so. She should not be speaking with customers if she doesn't have better people skills than that and flat out refusing ro even check really blows my mind.

I put mail in the box and put the flag up. They put mail in my box, and left the outgoing mail! Really????
