So glad to have found this “Gem” of an auto-repair shop in my area; Jefferson! I was unsure if I had coolant leaks and they did a “vacuum test” that showed the exact 2 places where there were leaks so that my car could be accurately fixed! The repair costs were detailed in line-item fashion with name and cost of the parts. I am impressed and satisfied. We all know that our cars WILL need repairs and we do have to pay for them…but it is SO refreshing and comforting to have had it explained and every dollar accounted for AND they stand behind their work for 2yrs/24,000 miles!

They fixed it. I had taken my car to the Mercedes dealer at least 5 times. The problem would be fixed for a week or two and then come back. I found spikes because they said they were specialties in mercedes dieselS. they found that the dealer had not put the screws tight enough in the turbo and had ruined the turbo. I will be taking my car to them from now on. I love my diesel. I found spikes to be very professional and polite. Thank you spikes!

I’m a first time mom and don’t have now help when it comes to getting my son back and forth. My car was making a noise when it got over 65 and my alinement was off. I figured that was the reason it made A bunch of noise when I drove it. So I called they said something was the cause of an alignment ok no problem can I bring it in and look at it. Brought it in they said my Suspension was off and something with the rotors I would have to replace that. It was gonna be 2000 and some change to get it fixed. I got to thinking my suspension was pretty good considered how much I drive my car so I started to second-guess if they was right or not. Well I got a new tire today bc my other tire was going out guess what they was a little weight on my wheel that needed Straightening up put my wheel back on and they no Noises or the alignment needs to be fixed. So I saved myself 2000$ bc i bought a wheel at Walmart for 75$ and my problem was fixed. They seem really sweet and welcoming when you come in but looks and be deceiving! They are big RIP OFFS!

Spikes has done work for me in the past and I've never had an issue with his work. I was recently getting work done and he told me I needed a battery. I returned at a later time to get this battery replaced & installed at an agreed upon price of $37.50. It took his tech 5 minutes to replace the battery and another 5 minutes to reset the computer in the parking lot. When I went into pay, they charged me an addition $21.40 in FEES. He told me that everyone gets charged this shop fee...I told him my car never even entered the shop, but they didn't care. I will never be back!
