These guys are the absolute best. Small family owned business. Came out as quick as the name says. Fixed my reefer unit, even brought me breakfast while I was waiting in the truck. Will definitely use them again anytime I ever have an issue in their servicing area. Thank you for getting me rolling again.

This guy is a real hero,fr,I went to TA,they put me on the wait list,6hrs later,they sent the mechanic out on a service call,so i called this guy at 6:45am,the guy was there in 15 minutes, a hr later i was done,the guy save my load,if I could give him 10 I would, and on top of that he gave me contacts for warehouse loads

I had a big issue yesterday my rear tandem broke its bolts which caused a axle to shift I called explain my issue they was on-site in less than a hour assessed the situation n had me going in know time on top of that gave me sound advice on what I needed to do next but the best part Is they didn't kill my pockets just cause they had a driver in desperate need thanks Rapid

Broke down in Commerce Ga. Called the TA, which was only a mile away. They told me it would be 4 1/2 hours even though they could walk to me. Called Ron here at Rapid and within the hour Mike was there and I was fixed and rolling 15 minutes later. This is the place to call, trust me. Thank you, Rapid, for proving the name fits.
