Summary: If you want it done right the first time by a professional organization, go elsewhere.
Overcharged: Agreed on a list of work to be done and a price. I specifically asked to be notified if the price would increase, but was asked to pay $600 more upon pickup. We met in the middle, but it shouldn’t have happened.
Work Not Done: Suspension replacement, which was part of the agreed-upon price, was not completed.
Multiple Trips: Had to return four times for them to “re-fix” something.
Poor Repairs: Vehicle leaked from a newly replaced seal three times—twice at home, once in their own lot. Their response: “Old vehicles are going to leak.” Perhaps, but not 12 miles after the seal was replaced.
Messy Return: Cigarette butts, candy wrappers, and a quart of transmission fluid were left in the truck bed; mud streaks and a dirty rag were left in the cab.
Consistently Late: Given an estimated date about ten times; not once was it met, with delays of two weeks minimum in each instance.
Communication Problems: Twice, after-hours pickups were arranged—one time no keys were left inside the vehicle as promised, another time the vehicle was blocked by others and could not be retrieved.

Great friendly service and they keep to there word on check out my car and update about what it need. And my transmission been good and working ever since they replaced it thank you guys keep up the great work and service

Please do your research before attempting to get service at this facility. They consistently provide the classic overpromised and under delivered customer service experience. Our vehicle has been to their shop three times in less than 1000 miles. We have been given appointments to drop our vehicle off only to have it sit for weeks, untouched. We have made several attempts to get this rectified but their promises of resolving the issue continues to go unkept. We have been very patient during this entire process but enough is enough. We will be taking our vehicle to be repaired at another shop and disputing the charges. I would not recommend this shop.

They are extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood what I needed and what it would cost up front. The work was done in the time frame they estimated and has worked perfectly since the repairs. Bonus, they're locally owned and operated, which is always a plus to me. I can not say enough good things about this place! Definitely recommend!!

Built transmission 3 times and 100 miles and transmission goes back out. Didn’t tighten fly wheel bolts, didn’t put a new front pump, supposedly put in a billlet valve body. It’s not and it’s the wrong one for my transmission type to find out. spider gears are worn out and chipped. Overdrive lockout is still cheap factory style smh. No new sensors out the outside of transmission. Tail shaft leaks . Almost 5k down the drain smh. I had 2 new batteries one was messing but they did replace it with another new looking battery. But at less tell me something happened to my battery. I didn’t even want them to touch the truck anymore after this ‼️Service: Transmission

I thought I had an issue with the alternator in my truck. Turns out it was just the battery cables. They could have easily ripped me off but instead they were honest and fair. I'll definitely go back if necessary and I highly recommend them.Services: Tires
