I went in looking for a pretty obscure part and the guy who helped me refused to give up until he found it and to my surprise they actually had it in stock. I had been to two other places that just could not be bothered to even pretend to care.

Needed grease fittings, and while they didn't have the exact ones I wanted, the sales rep found me some that were close, and a tap that fixed the problem. He definitely went above and beyond to help me out, and should be commended for this.
