Today was the third time I visited The Jefferson store for tech help with my phone .Quite Frankly,I'm the Fred Flinstone of the tech era.Ha!
All three times,the Metro associate,Porsha,was extremely patient with me,professional,and highly skilled.
I would recommend this store to EVERYBODY!

I love the new staff and management there! I asked for them to call me when a tablets came in and they called me and held 2 tablets for me. Katie, Porsche and Savannah, have always gone above and beyond to help my son and I. Thank Y'all always for making it a pleasure to come in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Katie and Savannah were amazing and were very sweet and knowledgeable about my mom's and I tablets we purchased and my mom's phone that was giving her trouble! I highly recommend them and the Metro store in Jefferson.

I the females that work here are usually too high to do their job but they are really good at trying to scam you when you check out by jacking up the prices and it won't let you see what the charges are nor do they really go in explanation. Stay clear of this place you have been warned

0 star if I could do that they wanted to charge over $100 to switch a number and get a new phone and it said zero amount to switch rip off
