I had Oral Surgery August 5th 2024. My husband went to Kroger in Jefferson,GA to get some things for me to help in my recovery . He said no one would help him . He was gone for 2 hours trying to find the things I needed . He had to go to CVS across the street to get what I needed .
He was very upset .
I used to work @ Kroger on Alps Rd in Athens, GA , and we were trained to take care of our customers .
I recently shopped @ the Jefferson location myself , and I asked for help in finding an item .
The lady gave me a dirty look .

You can have enough food even if you don't have to go to the Korean mart.
You must have a U.S. ID to purchase alcohol.
If you have an accommodation address, sign up for membership and receive a card.
There is no need for a gas station

The people in this store are rude and hateful.. stood at the service desk for 10 minutes waiting on someone to show up only to be met with a rude lady who offered no help .. no since talking to the manager of the store because he is as unfriendly and rude as the rest of the staff .. on my way to Publix !!!

The deli department needs to post that they will not make a sub until 11:00. I have waited and been ignored several times just to be told they would not make one.

I had over $300 worth of groceries and was using a personal check only because my credit card got stolen and was told i could not pay with the check because I've never used a check in this store before..
That I would have to build my credit up in the store first. I have used checks in other Krogers no problem....

Great person working in Pharmacy and her name is Sharon she is polite and I love the conversations that we have when dropping off or picking up. she is the reason I still use Kroger Pharmacy.

Ridiculous new floor plan. So many wasted steps to go back, go around, and get one more produce item to go with a meat I decided to buy. Once again, I can't find anything with the new reset. I get to play "which aisle did they move it to." It wastes my time to go there. Staff are indifferent with a few noteworthy exceptions. I don't have time to shop the online ads and then shop the store where I can't find things anymore, anyway. Either reward me for
being a Kroger customer or keep your product, I will buy it elsewhere.

They don't sell alcohol to Koreans.But the food is cheap and the quality is good^^
