Amanda at this pharmacy is RUDE, impatient, and mean. She was specifically at the drive through. Clearly I’m not the only person with these sentiments. She definitely needs to find another job because working with people isn’t for her. I hope managers are watching these comments and ratings.

I would like to give Kia (hope I am spelling her name correctly) at the Kroger Pharmacy a huge shoutout for the excellent customer service she provides! She took time to make sure my needs were met and was very personable. It is hard to get this kind of customer service these days so thank you Kia for your kindness and exceptional customer service!

There is a worker named Amanda who I think is very rude! This is not the first time I get my kids prescription and treats me very unprofessional. Today there was an issue with my baby’s prescription prescriber and I told her my baby’s pediatrician fixed the problem and she kept saying it wasn’t fixed. Then she noticed it herself (I guess) and was slightly slamming his medicines on the counter. I think she’s very rude, dry & disrespectful. Hopefully the manager sees this and talks to her.

Pick literally any other pharmacy and you will have better service. Horrible experience from start to finish. Not a single ounce of urgency from any employees.

I needed a specific med ordered by a drug manufacturer not normally used by Kroger. After distressingly (I was in pain!) explaining to Michaela why I needed these specific pills (adverse reaction to an inactive ingredient used by other manufacturers of this pill), she worked her magic, put in a special order for me and by next morning I had the correct pills! I felt she projected genuine compassion and concern for my circumstance. Thank you Michaela for going above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate it!!!

We have had to fill one too many prescriptions here lately and they have been one of the only pharmacies with our needed meds in stock. They've also been very kind and helpful in getting them filled as quickly as possible. This is not an easy season to work in a pharmacy with all the med shortages and high volume and I'm thankful for their help!

Do you enjoy waiting hours beyond the hour they told you it would take for a simple penicillin prescription to be filled?Do you enjoy the thrill of never being able to predict whether anyone will answer the phone when you call them?Do you savor the chaotic flavors of total administrative dysfunction? Then this is the pharmacy for you!Oh, but the convenience of the drive thru! Yes, that you get to drive through every 2 hours with your wailing child in the backseat while waiting for them to fill a simple prescription. That’s IF they even have the medicine in stock.Spoiler Alert: they usually don’t!We live 6 minutes away from this pharmacy but because of all the stressful, idiotic experiences we’ve had with them, we use a pharmacy that’s 15 minutes away instead. Because that pharmacy is functional, prompt, and considerate of the fact that their customers come to them for MEDICALLY NECESSARY MEDICATION, not just the unpredictable excitement of wondering when or if they will receive any service.

Amanda is always rude and impatient. I don’t know if it’s just a bad personality for the window or what but she’s never nice, always has this sour expression and genuinely doesn’t care about your care or your prescription. CVS is right across the street and they’re building a Publix at the same corner. I promise they will get my money over this pharmacy EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

We all know how frustrating it can be to run out of a prescription before your next scheduled doctors appointment. I spoke to Sharon this evening on the phone, and she was extremely helpful. She was more than happy to send a refill request to my doctor’s office. Thank you Sharon for giving great customer service. We need more folks like you in this world.

Terrible!! SLOWEST drive-thru line on the PLANET!! Be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes PER CAR that's ahead of you when you pull up, and this is on every. single. visit. It's been this way for a DECADE at this location. The drive-thru should be for NOTHING more than drop off and pick up. If you need ANYTHING else, including asking the pharmacist a question, you should have to go inside the store. Period. CAN'T WAIT for the new Publix to open across the street!! We don't go inside this Kroger location because it's always dirty and disgusting. Once Publix opens, we'll NEVER use them again! 13 years has been long enough!!

Anyone who goes here is for convenience and that’s it. Has called me for prescriptions “ready for pickup” when they weren’t or have only been able to give partial doses instead of the full prescription. The wait is absolutely the most ridiculous thing. I pulled up 40 minutes ago and they’ve done two cars. Two cars. I’m the third car in line. Be prepared to wait.

Wait is too long and they have poor inventory leaving patients waiting a week before an Rx can be filled. I switched to local our hometown pharmacy for better service!

Real talk, right up front. Everyone that goes here does it for the convenience only. So, with that said, be prepared to deal with everything that others are stating about this place. They mess up just about everything. Be very careful with verifying the prescriptions that are given to you. The “qualified pharmacist” that act unprofessional seem relay the information to the technicians running front counters. I’ve watched them step in and berate individuals for receiving medications that the staff thinks they need to question customers on while in line. Everything that I’ve observed has ranged from blatant unprofessional comments and actions to complete incompetence. I think this just scratches the surface with this place, and only an investigation/result will force corrective action. So, ultimately, be prepared to have the patience of three toed sloth if you decide to use this pharmacy location.
