We have been clients for more than 30 years,service has been ok nothing special. Last two or three times called for appointment was told several days away, called today for new puppy health checkup, 4days for appointment,I have 72 hrs to get health checkup certified by vet.very dissapointed

I meant to leave a review earlier today, but I just got home. They saw my dog Lexi on super short notice after a series of episodes over the weekend. I have had her for seven years and I was honestly in major confusion about what to do. We monitored her over a weeks time, got a solid log book of what happened and how often seizures where, and I was able to catch a video to send in. We aren’t sure 100% if it’s epilepsy of vestibule disease. However, the entire vets office has been amazing. She is now on medication and since starting, we have had ZERO episodes. Their staff is incredibly sweet. I could hear people while in the waiting room praising my dog and telling her how good she was being and she got plenty of pets and “good girls”. The girl with the different colored eyes at the reception desk was amazing when explaining how to give and when to give medication. If you are having concerns with your baby, bring them here. I am beyond grateful for this vets office. We had such a scary experience out of the blue and they all showed nothing but compassion when I was completely falling apart. I won’t be bringing my animals anywhere else in the fire. Thank you guys so much for being so kind with me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

DrPhilips is truly an animal lover. He is open and honest about the problems of ur pet. He doesn't keep u coming back time after time draining ur money while ur animal dies from lack of love and good medical care from him.I had a cat that I had taken to Commerce Vet over and over again but she kept getting worse. I took her to Dr Philips where he drew blood to analyze her condition. He came back out and gave me the sad news that she had feline aids and would never get better only worse. He showed me the lab report. I read it. I am a nurse so I understood the labs.He was open and honest about her condition. He could have kept me coming back like Commerce Vet did but he loves animals and knew what was in store for her. After reading the labs and consulting with him I made the agonizing decision to have him put her over the Rainbow Bridge.Dr Philips will not do u wrong in caring for ur animal.

Kelly at Jefferson Animal Hospital was awesome today. Cody, my dog, has dew claws that grow so fast and he hates trims. She was so friendly and I loved her attitude. Workers like her will keep people coming back.

I have used Jefferson Animal Clinic practically since they opened up and I had a dog rescue. I have lived up and down the East Coast, and never have I had more of a feeling of actual caring for the animals and knowing that they weren't just running up my tab than here. They've shown so much caring and they know I don't have much money, so they don't make me feel bad when I opt out of something. This hospital is run like it is supposed to be, to take care of the animals as best as they can and sometimes their humans! I'm moving to Tennessee soon, I will no doubt make the drive here for my animals to Jefferson, because I only trust them. And that's something one can't get much anymore! Thank you all at Jefferson Animal Hospital!

If I could give this place no stars I would! My dog was so sick and the doctor wouldn't do anything because my dog wouldn't let him touch his ear to take a look. So he told me to give my dog away and not deal with the problem! What kind of Vet is this?! Do NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Because he told me I still had to pay for telling me this

I lost a cat because of the care from the vet at this hospital. One of the women actually followed me out the door and pushed me. I should’ve press charges, but I just let it go and chose not to go back. They do not care about your animals, only money. And the front desk girl that has been there forever is a horrible person!

This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and they are always gentle and kind with my pups. There is never a wait for appointments. The drs always spend time really listening and giving proper advice. Today I had my baby Tony there and he can be very difficult due to his anxiety. They were able to fix the issues we were having along with sitting down and offering multiple different suggestions for managing some of his behavior troubles. They made sure we were both comfortable and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience like some vets have in the past. Even if I relocate in the future I intend to keep brining my pets to this office. They've earned my business for life.

Both my dogs actually get excited when they see we brought them to the vet! We come here both for the vet and for boarding and have had great experiences with both. Had great experiences with teeth cleaning as well!
