“All I needed was 3 measly cabinet hinges, and it was confusing because they all look so similar in the pictures. I called & spoke with Allen and asked him if I could send him a pic of what I needed. He promptly got back to me and told me which hinge I needed. I had to call with questions and he called me back right away. He took my order on Thursday and the hinges arrived on Friday. But what really sold me on the customer service @ HGH is that, while Allen was probably dealing with people ordering thousands of $ worth of cabinets, he treated my order of 3 hinges like they were just as important. I could not be more pleased.”
“I had an awesome experience here! My air conditioning unit blower motor went out so I was frantic to find a new capacitor, it had already been about a week without air conditioning and my kids and wife were sweating Non-Stop the whole time and the reason it took so long is because I had ordered a new blower motor and capacitor but the capacitor I received was not sufficient voltage for the blower motor so I literally ran out the door and I got to this place maybe 12 minutes before they're closed, I was walking around trying to hurry and find what I needed but I couldn't find it and I almost gave up, I almost got to the door to walk out and I see you a wonderful older lady walking to her desk so I asked her if she had this item and she looked at it and said oh a capacitor? First of all I was shocked because I had went to Home Depot prior to this and the man helping me there had no idea what it was he had to Google it on his phone LOL but she knew right where it was and take me straight to it and it was only $9! I thanked her because even though it was two or three minutes before closing she was still willing to help me and as soon as I got home I connected everything together and got the air conditioning working! I wish I would have got her name but it was her and a younger teenage boy at the register if that helps any,I will totally be back??”
