These people are idiots and no matter what you do you cannot reach anyone on the phone. You are forced into an endless loop of talking to their AI assistant, and there is nothing you can say or do that will get you out and speaking to a person I have moved all of my prescriptions to Publix and I will never use them again

The pharmacy is usual nice, the store associates stocking shelves were talking politics while on the floor working. Politics have NO business in the workplace! Very unprofessional store employees at this location. Let me be clear the pharmacy employees are great!

Do not drop off any UPS items here. I had a Dyson Airwrap stolen. The item was scanned in by the CVS worker but never picked up by ups. UPS said to call the local sherif.

CVS pharmacy, way to NOT offer customer service. We were in the drive-thru pharmacy line for 12 minutes (only 3 cars ahead of us), and instead of serving us when we got to the window after that wait, you closed for lunch without explanation - just a recorded voice. We had to come 30 minutes from home to get this prescription, and you couldn’t even be bothered to serve us before you closed for lunch after that long of a wait???And your only comment, after we waited 30 minutes, was, “Well, we close from 1:30 to 2 for lunch.” We know that. That’s why we were there at 1:18. Way to communicate that you don’t actually care.

Today late this afternoon as I proceeded to pay for my items at checkout, the front cashier, Tiffany who assisted me provided great customer service. She was so pleasant and delightful. It truly brighten my day. I thought she was worth giving a shout out!

I picked up 2 prescriptions at the drive-through, and a Great pharmacy assistant helped me. He was quick, very knowledgeable, and very friendly.
