Just moved to Jefferson and needed a dry cleaners. After speaking to the EXTREMELY rude individual at the front desk, I walked right out. I would give it a ZERO+++ if possible.

Consistently poor customer service, lost a dress and lied about it (claimed I had already picked it up).

Poor service. They do not have a price list posted and once you drop off items she gives you one price but at pick up charge your card for more. We will never use them again ?
